Fully furnished 3 bed quad house with off road parking. Communal pool. Walking distance to amenities, including, shops, supermarket, chemist, a bank and restaurants. Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and the beach. The Location: Situated close to the Villa Martin area and only 10 minutes drive from the typically Spanish town of San Miguel which like most towns in the area has its weekly street market which is ideal for bargain hunters and those who want to try out their Spanish. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns with more historic surroundings, then Cartagena to the South or Alicante to the North are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit, and is approximately 1 hour away by road. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and Murcia (San Javier) airport is 25 minutes along the coast.

The 3rd bedroom situated on the ground floor is adjacent to the spacious lounge diner and ground floor shower room. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes ample storage and quality hot and cold air conditioning. Face towels and bath towels are provided but clients are requested to bring their own beach towels. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided.

Notes: This is a family owned property and is spacious for a group of up to 6 people. All rooms are fully air conditioned for maximum comfort and the property is equipped with a large capacity hot water heater allowing ample hot water at any time for a family sized group. We welcome guests but would ask that people treat the house as we treat it which is as our home from home but with the added bonus of the weather. The Villamartin area has the convenience of the sea close by, a choice of superb golf courses nearby and a selection of approximately 20 bars and restaurants just 10 minutes walk away. The communal pool is nearby and has ample sunbathing area combined with a good sized pool, the house also benefits from a roof top solarium at the 2nd floor level for private secluded sunbathing. The property being south facing benefits from the sunshine all day long.
