This lakefront villa lies along the road that connects Arona to Stresa on the lake shore of lake Maggiore about 800 mt from the ferry departure and a village. The villa offers a unique waterfront location, 2 small private beaches and a pool with lake view equipped with comfortable sunbeds. We offer a villa with private pool and just 200 luxury apartments with large shared pool. Inside it has elegant furnishings and is equipped with all comfort and great care of details. The first floor with balcony has a great lake view and is an ideal romantic accommodation for couples but has a possibility to sleep children in the living with sofa bed. The villa is a nice antique anchorage with boats at guest disposal for rent. At the beach as well as in the garden, lounge beds are at guest disposal. Stresa area: 1 km far you can find grocery shops, restaurants and there is also the possibility to order and take out delicious meals at the nearby gastronomic shop. There is a bus stop, the landing pier for the ferry to Arona and the other lake towns and islands docks, a railway station (where you can get local trains to Arona), the beach, and a sports club with tennis court and pool - all a 5 minutes' drive from the villa. at 4 km south, 10 minutes by car or bus, and it has all services and a railroad station which connects to Milan. Stresa calls invitingly to visitors: the Belle Epoch is now covered by patina, and the plaster is crumbing off the walls but to this day Stresa still exudes the elegance of a fin-de-siècle bathing resort. In the 19th century, the little town on the west shore of the lake was one of Italy's noblest spas.

Ground Floor Apartment with Terrace

Location good . Could not hear noise from road at back . Apartment contents incorrect as no towels or washing machine in this flat.

Only small occupancy of adjoining flats and this may have helped with the serenity of our stay. Good shops etc nearby and what a view !!!!!

glad you liked the apartment and had a nice holiday.
I'm sorry for the towels since are provided if you didn't you find them in the apartment. I just talked to Bruna the housekeeper and she told me she went a few times to ask you if you needed something, but you didn't ask towels. Regarding the washing machine there is one at guests disposal in the main residence in the centre.
