The Villa Natalia is a charming detached villa in a peaceful residential location and only 700 metres from the beach with the bustling town of Albufeira with its array of shops, restaurants and nightlife a short drive away. Perfect, tranquil location to enjoy the delights of the local beaches and restaurants in the area and very near to all local amenities. Strongly recommended.

Villa Natalia is in a fantastic location, as you are close to a good selection of local bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Gale, Castelo and Evaristo can all be reached, with sunspots and privacy galore! A 10 minute drive (or taxi journey) will bring you to the bustling resort of Albufeira, where the Old Town comes to life with a great choice of meat and fish restaurants, as well as music in the square. For those wanting to enjoy vibrant night life, why not try 'The Strip' - vibrant bars and plenty of restaurants to choose from! The famous Zoomarine aqua park can be a good day out with the kids, with dolphin shows and bird tricks to keep them entertained throughout the day. 'Algarve Shopping' is a must for all those shoppers, which can be reached by car. The famous 'O Marinheiro' Restaurant is a short walk from the villa, and only 200m from the mini market and further choice of local restaurants.

It is very spacious and airy inside and features a large lounge dining room with fireplace, sofa seating, satellite television with dining table and chairs. Patio doors open out to the shaded veranda and sumptuous pool area. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and access door to the garden. One twin bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is master double bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and patio doors to large upstairs terrace overlooking pool and countryside. One twin bedroom with patio doors to the terrace over the pool, another twin bedroom with patio doors to a small balcony and a further full bathroom.

Outside:: Outside there is a shaded terrace for al-fresco dining and relaxing with a bottle of the local ‘vinho verde’, and a built-in BBQ area with sink to enjoy your lazy lunchtimes by the pool. The house is surrounded by lawned gardens at the front and back with palm trees, and the centerpiece is the very large 10x5m swimming pool which has plenty of sunbathing terraces and lovely countryside views. There is a car port to the front and private entry gates.

Restaurants and Bars:: The Algarve is famous for its Piri Piri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine! A wide selection of restaurants can be found in the Old Town of Albufeira as well as great choice of bars along the famous 'Strip'. Family orientated, the Algarve has everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied. Gale has a good choice of local bars and restaurants, and access to supermarkets to stock up your fridge. Sesmarias is more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of Albufeira, although a good local selection of shops and restaurants can be found nearby.

Weather and Temperature:: The Algarve is know for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!

Golf: Salgados is the nearest golf course to Villa Natalia, although a wider selection of golf courses can be found in Albufeira, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura!
