The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, all of which have en suites. The master bedroom also has a separate dressing area. There is also a separate guest bathroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and finished with high quality granite work tops. Off the kitchen is a large dining room and a large, light and airy lounge. The lounge is furnished with a high quality cream leather suite and an open fire place, satellite television and a sound system. There are patio doors from the lounge which lead out on to the incredible extensive terrace which extends to the swimming pool area. There is also a large garden area to the left of the property and behind the pool bar house. The pool house is a covered area with a fully fitted kitchen. There is also an eating area and a shower room and toilet. The separate one bedroom apartment has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a lounge that leads out on to the swimming pool area.

LOCATION GOLF, PORT AND BEACH! Casa Colina is situated a mere 500 metres from the beach and within a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Cabopino marina with its famous fish restaurants and tapas bars, and from the local supermarket. Marbella is only a 10 minute drive away with Puerto Banus 5 minutes further on, both offering some of the best shopping, beaches and marinas the Mediterranean has to offer. Also within a 20 minute drive the coast has to offer Selwo Wildlife Park, Selwo sea world, two water parks, 18 hole crazy golf and a crocodile park!
