Our waterfront apartment is on high ground enjoying fantastic views over the clear water of Xlendi Bay, a fishing village with a small sandy beach. You can have breakfast on the terrace, then a swim in the bay before a short walk in the countryside along the nearby panoramic cliffs and winding valleys. Relax in the afternoon with a good read and in the evening you can enjoy a romantic meal sipping wine on the terrace while observing the colourful fishing boats coming and going. The apartment is finished to very high standards with solid pine furniture. The accommodation includes a good-sized living area leading onto the terrace, two bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is on the fourth floor and serviced by a lift. There are great archaeological sites nearby and the old fortified city of Rabat is only 10 minutes away by bus. Visit the Azure Window at Dwejra and the red sandy beach of Ramla Bay. The apartment is in a quiet area but very close to popular restaurants.

Xlendi Bay is an old fishing village only 10 minutes away from the Capital city of Gozo, Victoria. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside along valleys and hills on the one hand and impressive cliffs over the clear blue Mediterranean sea on the other. The walks are truly enjoyable for nature lovers who can observe a wild variety of fauna and bird life while savouring the quiet and peaceful surroundings of Gozo's pristine valleys. At the capital you can visit the old Citadel dating back to the times of the Knights in the 16th century. On the outskirts there are the impressive archaeological Ggantija temple dating back around 5,000 years and still standing. You can also visit the Azure Window in Dwejra bay and take a boat ride to see the beautiful orange coral in crystal clear sea.

Xlendi at it's best, that view WOW!!

I have been holidaying in Gozo for the past 25/30 years, at least one visit a year, sometimes two, have stayed in Apartments, Hotels, and Farmhouses so my comments come with some experience!
This apartment is spotless and very well furnished, the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking pans crocks etc.But hey who wants to cook on holiday! In Xlendi you can dine at home in this apartment, or walk down to the bars and Restaurants which are excellent.
Sylvia and myself were lucky to catch Alfred and Laura on one their week-end visit, they a love Gozo as much as I do but live on the Malta mainland !!!

So to sum up ,if you want a clean nice Apartment and a totally relaxing holiday this is for you. PS yes you can also Dive here, many schools with top credentials.

View of Xlendi Priceless

Having visited Gozo, and Xlendi in particular for many years both my fiancée and i decided that this year we would not book into a hotel but into an appartment and what a great decision we made. The owners of the flat, Alfred and Laura are lovely people and were very helpful from the moment we made the booking to when we left.

There are not many appartments that can offer the view that this flat does and watching the sunset whilst having a glass of local Gozo wine was priceless.

I would recommend this flat to couples looking for a romantic hideaway and also families due to the large size of the flat and proximity to the sea which is right in front of you.

We will definately be coming back.

Superb apartment - professionel service

I and my husband spent some 10 days in this lovely apartment in July 2009, and it is hard to find any critical remark to make. Right from the beginning (the reservation, payment etc.) the service of the owner was highly professionel. Promises made were kept.
I agree in the other reviews made about the apartment and the enviroment.
We rented mountainbikes and toured Gozo in the early mornings, before the sun got too bad, and enjoyed the sea and Xlendi in the afternoon and in the evenings.
We used the kitchen facillities a lot as we bought fresh fish. The kitchen is functionel.
So we ended up very satisfied, and we have already decided to come again, perhaps ion spring season.

A wonderful accomodation for a wonderful holiday in Gozo. The apartment was really very nice, spacious and well equipped, better than we expected! But the Top was the view...having breakfast or dinner with the wonderful view over the bay was so romantic. The owners were friendly and help you for any request. A more plus to our holiday! The location is the best in Gozo: Xlendy bay is very quite and relaxing and you can find many restaurants and pubs.
We highly recommend this accomodation!

Number One in Xlendi!

This has to be the best self-catering apartment in Xlendi!

It's spacious, spotlessly clean, bright and well equiped, in a quiet location, with a wonderful view.

You can be in the sea in under five minutes after closing the front door and the view from the balcony is just lovely! The photos on the website are good but the "real thing" is so much better!

The balcony is in sunshine from about 11.30am till the sun sets behind the cliffs opposite - it was so special to sit there in the early evening, with a pre-dinner drink, listening to the waves lapping down below, before going out to eat in one of the many, excellent nearby restaurants.

The owners are charming, helpful and friendly - and yes, we would most certainly highly recommend this property to anyone.
