Photos and Description of this Cumbrian Lakes holiday villa 5 Bed 3 bath executive villa on exclusive gated community 15mins from Disney

Our 5 bed 3 bath south facing villa, has THREE lounges and one reading area. The Master bedroom has a kingsize 6ft bed and ensuite bathroom with seperate shower and a balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The family lounge has a 52' TV and cinema surround sound and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a seperate eating area which overlooks the pool and lake. There is also a utility room which has a large washer and dryer. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom in between, one with a queen bed which has sliding doors leading to the pool deck and the other a twin bedded room both with ample storage closets. There is another half bathroom downstairs and another out by the pool area. The UPSTAIRS lounge has a TV with surround sound and a seperate reading area. There is another two further bedrooms upstairs one double and one twin bedded with a bathroom in between. Hairdryers, Linen and towels are provided.

Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful wooded conservation area with four lakes, a jogging trail, and a childrens playground, an ideal place to relax. Disney and Sea World are approx. 15minutes drive, Universal Studios and the Malls are about 30 minutes away. Walmart ,numerous restaurants, shops and dinner shows are located under 10 minutes away on the 192. The Old Town holds a classic bike and car show weekly. Public golf courses, horse riding and fishing are all in easy reach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • DISCOUNTS are available for stays of 3 weeks and longer and also on late availability. Optional pool heat is £12 per day(min 5 days) or £75 per week.(recommended from Oct through to April). Prices are inclusive of all taxes. A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 per booking is required and the full balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. On payment of the outstanding balance a refundable security/breakage deposit of £150 shall be required, and will be returned no later than 14 days after the client has vacated the property subject to managers report.
  • In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
    6-8 weeks prior 30% of rental charge
    4-6 weeks prior 45% of rental charge
    Up to 4 weeks prior 90% of rental charge. All cancellations must be made in writing. In the unlikely event that we the owner have to cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control all monies already paid by the client will be refunded in full.

Notes: Our home has an Oversize screened deck with SOUTH facing pool overlooking a lake. There is a large covered lania providing shade if required. There are security alarms fitted to the sliding doors leading to the pool area and a pool screen is provided for extra safety for parents peace of mind. We have a safety gate, a stroller, high chair and a cot which is provided free of charge for infants, and the children's playground is a 5 minute walk.The villa has been lavishly furnished, with continual upgrades for both the comfort of ourselves and that of our guests. There are three seperate lounge areas - The Family room and the lounge upstairs both having TV/DVD with surround sound which is a real bonus if two families are sharing. There is wireless broadband access, and flat screen tv's in the master, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. The balcony off of the Master bedroom is ideal for sitting, reading ,relaxing, watching the wild life or sunbathing -away from the pool area whilst topping up the tan.

What can we say about our fantstic stay at this villa. If stars were the rating system for villas this one is well worth 10 . the setting is fabulous with the sun hitting the pool area from 9am till 5pm and yes this was in december/january, everything you could possible need is already at the villa for you, more than enough space for everyone and with 3 lounges to choose from one was spoilt., The whole villa is tastefully decorated and it seems that no expence spared on the finishing touches, all rooms have celing fans which is a real bonus aswell keeping the villa lovely and cool. We opted for poolheating a must in december and it was super, pool ready for use whenever required and just at the right temp all the time. we have stayed at a few villas on cumbrian lakes over the last 7 years and this has been our very best, and we look forward to going back time and time again now we have found this little gem. Our thanks go out to the owners aswell who have been so helpfull with everything,we all look forward to re-visiting the villa again later this year.

A must to rent

The description of the house was very accurate. The house was clean and very well presented. The pool area was wonderful and safe for all ages.
The location of the property was superb for anyones needs with only short drives to all major attractions. The house is in a quiet very well maintained area which made relaxing after a hard day at the theme parks a real pleasure.
The facilities in the house were great from laundry room to the huge TV downstairs. Every need was catered for.
This house really made for a completly enjoyable experience for all my family with more than enough space for our party of eight to live more than comfortably.
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a complete all round amazing holiday, and am already sorting out when I can rent again.

Fanastic villa

This villa made our stay in Florida exceptional. We have visited the Disney area on many occasions but this was the first time in a privately owned villa - we will not be going back to hotel accommodation.
The villa was beautifully appointed but the best part by far according to the children ( not to mention the adults ) was having a swimming pool in the garden. They now want one of their own !!!
The villa was in a lovely safe community and only about 10 - 15 minutes from all the main attractions.
The pool man is a well kept secret and being English had a wealth of knowledge on the local community particularly when we needed some advise regarding a minor medical problem.
We can't wait to go back and will definitely return to this wonderful villa.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday and can highly recommend this wonderful villa. It is situated a short drive from the 192, Walmart and a multitude of restaurants. Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet and very well maintained gated community. It is the perfect location for all the parks and shopping. The villa is very spacious, airy and well equipped. The pool area overlooks a beautiful lake and you have the sun all day long. We will be recommending this beautiful home to friends and family and hope to return again very soon.

Fabulous holiday accommodation, offering all mod cons. Brilliant location for all of Orlandos attractions. This was our third time staying in Debbie's villa and I would highly recommend it - we are booking again for 2010!
