Photos and Description of this South Beach holiday apartment Two classically designed one-bedroom apartments in the heart of South Beach.

Centrally-located in South Beach, these stylish apartments are located just 2 blocks from the beach off Washington Avenue. Three blocks from the restaurants on Lincoln Road and half a block from Espanola Way. Check both tabs above left for calendars and reviews on Apartment A and B. They have been designed by the British owners to provide a great alternative to a high quality modern hotel suite for a fraction of the price. The cost of renting these apartments is the same for a week as you can pay per night in some of the local hotels. The whole building was refurbished in 2006/7 and both apartments have been recently furnished and decorated. The wonderful South Beach night-life is all around, but the location is next to a school and mostly very quiet. There are supermarkets, grocery stores, delis and pharmacies as well as a hairdresser all within a 30 second walk. They have fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning, cable TV, internet and Ipod dock. Details for Apartment B 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4, 1 Bathroom

This apartment is fully furnished in a comfortable modern style with browns, camel and leather finishes. The polished wooden floor is original and the furniture was all new in spring 2008. The living/dining room has a queen-sized sofabed and armchair, wooden dining table, two chairs and an upholstered bench, flatscreen LCD TV, Ipod docking station and high quality decorative finishes. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer as well as glasses, cutlery and crockery for four people. The hallway has a laundry cupboard with full sized washer/dryer and wardrobe. The bathroom is small but well-appointed with a stylish marble tiled shower (no bath). The bedroom has a wooden 4-poster bed and wooden dresser with large mirror. There is a telephone (for local calls) and the internet connection is in the bedroom. There are paintings and lamps of high quality throughout the apartment.

These apartments are in the heart of South Miami Beach near the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Washington Avenue and Ocean Drive. The gay clubs and bars are nearby, as is the beach.

  • The master bedroom has a wooden colonial style 4-poster bed and is a lovely bedroom. The living room also has a large sofabed with a comfortable mattress. The living room opens from the apartment front door from the hallway and so has limited privacy. The rooms are very tastefully decorated in modern wood/brown/leather style. The bedroom has both venetian blinds and curtains and can be used to sleep in the daytime as well. There is a dresser in the bedroom with large drawers for storage.

Notes: The apartment is on the ground floor of a small refurbished Art Deco building and has three steps up (inside the hallway) to the front door. Inside the apartment is all on one level. It has been carefully decorated and is in the style of a modern, classically designed, hotel suite. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer/dryer so is perfect for a self-catering holiday. The front door opens from the hallway into the living room, so does offer limited privacy to the sofabed.

Cancellation policy: When we take your booking we take the property off the market. It is an inconvenience and often a financial loss for us if the rental is subsequently canceled. We do realise that sometimes circumstances change and we have a simple policy for this situation. If you cancel more than 30 days before the booking we offer a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the booking we will only refund if we manage to re-let the property. If the rental is for a smaller amount then we will reduce your repayment by the net difference.

Everthing was fine, clean and very easy. Thanks to all people involved! Just 2 blocks from the beach and just 4 blocks away from the CLEAVELANDER! A great location! Hope we will book the apartment same time next year!

Fantastic flat in South Beach

We found the apartment clean as can be with all needs catered for inside. A great location and a super base for exploring SoBe. Just 5 mins. from the beachfront action. As ever, all the people involved in the booking were responsive and professional. Thanks Ed, Paul, Lucy and Vicky! We hope to re-book same time next year!

Lovely apartment, close to beaches, bars, clubs and shops. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen.

Everyone involved in the booking was very friendly and helpful.

I would certainly recommend this apartment, it was great value and I would go back!!

great time in miami

the apartment is just two blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk from lincoln road and delano beach club. as well for those interested it is also only three blocks from nick bolletieri's son's tennis academy with 16 claycourts. the apartment is just great very well furnished and really has an upscale interior design. it suits two easily but three people have room as well. it is ideal for people who wanna have a fun holiday in south beach. as there is no parking but only the public parking for 22usd a day iit is not ideal for people who want to take it as a base to drive for sightseeing around miami, for anybody else it is a superplace with a perfect location for party- and beachlife.
