Our family stay at Victoria House

My family and I were totally surprised by the property and it's facilities. We were aghast at the size of the communal living areas including the games room. The kitchen had every utensil possible along with two dishwashers which came in very useful when it comes to catering for 20 people.
The bedrooms were very comfortable and all good sizes with adequate storage.
The standard of cleanliness overall was high.
I would recommend this property to all that are physically able to climb stairs as there are many of them. Unfortunately my mother-in-law struggles with stairs and she had to climb 3 flights to reach her bedroom.
The games room provided entertainment for the week given that the weather was very poor and most days it was raining. We set up a competition making use of the table tennis, table football and the pool table. Excellent fun, and for the children there was the playstation singstar. I'm normally quite a critical person but i'm unable to find any fault with this property.
It proved an excellent place for our family to come together and enjoy one anothers company in such a beautiful place; Lyme Regis.
I have already mentioned my mother-in-law not being very good with stairs, given that none of us had travelled to Lyme Regis before we were unaware of how steep the walk into the town is. For the fit among us it was not a problem and took no longer than 10 minutes to get into the hussle and bussle of the town. My mother-in-law had bought her wheel chair but we were still unable to take her down into the town due to the very narrow pavement in places and the sheer number of people about.
However this did not upset her holiday as there were so many beautiful places that they were able to drive too.
I would strongly recommend this house to friends.
Value for money 10/10
