Completed in the summer 2007 Magnolia Village is a condominium of 22 townhouses with a communal pool and childrens pool. It is situated in a quiet area with country views but only a 5 minute drive to St Eulalia beach, Albufeira (strip) and the fishing village of Olhos de Agua.. The town house has 3 bedrooms, 1 king size with en suite 1 twin with en suite and another twin bedroom located downstairs. The master bedroom has patio doors that lead onto balcony which overlooks the pool and the twin bedroom has a door that leads onto balcony that overlooks the garden. The kitchen is well equipped for all your holiday needs, and overlooks the garden, the third bathroom which is located down stairs has a walk-in shower and the living/dining area is very spacious and has sky tv with the full sky package. (all sky sports channels and movies, ect). Electric shutters are fitted on all windows and patio doors.

The house is located east of Albufeira and close to Balaia Golf Course, and 1.5 km away is Pine Cliffs 9 hole golf course at the 5 star Sheraton complex. A 15 mins drive away is Vilamoura which has many award winning golf courses a marina which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops and offers lots of day trips for fishing and sailing and sight seeing. The beaches at Albufeira, Sta Eulalia, Olhos De Agua and Falesia are a short drive away, water sports are available at many of these beaches. The Montechoro Strip is 1.5km away a road train or short taxi ride from the strip will take you to the old town of Albufeira. Algarve shopping Centre is 20 mins away which has a good variety of shops and restaurants and has a bowling alley and cinema. Also about the same distance in Zoomarine which is open all year round.
