This vacation home offers 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and each two single beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining-table with 4 chairs, complete bathroom with tub and shower, living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and international SAT TV. On demand the owner provides a crib for babies and electrical heating in winter. Around the terrace in front of the house there are tropical plants and a lawn, a cute covered outdoor-kitchen for your evening-barbecue is next to your private pool, a table, chairs and deck-chairs. You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall. In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2km and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000m = 10 minutes walking. Ideal for peaceful holidays of families.

The next house, Casa MIRIAM, is almost identical and can also be rented – perfect for two families ! Bed-linen, towels, local taxes, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the prices. Usual takeover-time is after 16.00h, departure should be until 11.00h. Earlier arrival or later departure can be discussed with the owner. Payment: 30% in advance per bank-transfer when booking, 70% in cash on arrival against receiving the keys. payment by Pay-Pal possible.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit netten Außenanlagen und einem tollen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird.
Angenehme Lage am Rande von Conil in einem Wohngebiet, in dem man früh morgens durchaus von einem Hahn oder Hund geweckt werden kann, aber keinen Discolärm fürchten muss.
Nur ca. 50 min Fahrzeit vom Flughafen Jerez entfernt.
Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Problemlose Abwicklung sowohl bei der Buchung, als auch bei der Betreuung vor Ort.

Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt nur ca. 1 km entfernt, gute Anbindung an die Schnellstrasse.
Ein Fahrzeug ist zu empfehlen.

Die Strände von Conil sind ein Traum, feinsandig und endlos lang. Auch die Umgebung bietet viel für jeden Geschmack: Museen, Bummeln und Shoppen z.B in Cadiz, weiße Dörfer, grünes, gebirgiges Hinterland für schöne Wanderungen (Sierra de Grazalema!).
Die 2 Wochen vergingen viel zu schnell.

Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche empfanden wir, für jemanden, der sich überwiegend selbst bekochen möchte, etwas zu minimalistisch.

Wir können dieses Haus in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Globalement très sympa et bien situé.
Assez spacieux, look typique. avec un piscine commune pour les 5 maisons dont une de 70 cm de profond pour les enfants (très sécurisant)
Pour ce qui est de la location, transaction simple et de confiance avec Ute & Jörg, ce fut un peu plus compliqué à l'arrivée avec les personnes en local, car nous ne parlions pas espagnol. Quelquefois difficile de se faire comprendre, mais tout s'arrange toujours. (personne très sympa aussi)
Notre point négatif pour l'équipement de la cuisine (couvert, bol, tasse, couverts, etc..) un peu insuffisant, et equipements exterieurs (petite table de jardin, absence de transat dans le jardin - uniquement dans la piscine partagée...) Mais il ne s'agit que de détails. Sinon excellent rapport qualité prix.
