This 2 bedroom/2 bath self-catering apartment is front line to the golf course. The large terrace has a choice of views – on to the 14th green, across to the beautiful Montgó mountain, or to the pool and the sea. The 13th fairway and 15th tee of the golf course can be viewed from the grounds. Access to the main terrace is directly from the living room or en suite bedroom. The 2nd terrace overlooks the beautiful gardens.

This self-catering accommodation is located on the smart residential La Sella Golf Course which has its own restaurants, pharmacy, shop, riding stables, and tennis courts (with full coaching facilities) - perfect for a golf weekend or tennis holiday.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with leather furniture, marble floors and attractive indoor décor. The lounge is light and airy with large picture windows to maximize its breathtaking location.

La Sella has a stunning 18-hole golf course, spa, riding school and fantastic tennis facilities. The excellent La Sella tennis club has 8 courts & top coaches. The adjacent Montgó National Park has excellent walking/hiking. Dénia’s lovely beaches, sailing, Scuba diving and sea fishing are just 5 km away. Dénia is a delightful sea-faring town, rich in history and culture with a modern cosmopolitan character. The picturesque fisherman's quarter & new marina are hidden gems. Dénia is also a living town with year-round fiestas and excellent shopping - clothes, leather goods and toys. The many restaurants feature dishes of the area. Nearby Javea & Moraira with their pretty harbours have good facilities & activities for the family - safe sandy beaches and water sports. Inland from Javea is the Jalon Valley - a fragrant visit when the almond is in blossom. Valencia – 1 hour away - is a MUST with a fantastic mix of old/new and is an easy train trip from Gandia.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Mid-week changeovers are very possible - so that you can take advantage of cheaper flights.

    Our agent will meet & greet you and can provide a welcome pack if required (20GBP).

    Long term lets are welcome - call or e-mail for a quote as the prices would be considerably reduced.

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is due on reservation, full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 or €200 paid to the agent and is refunded to you at the end of your stay.

    The price includes 2 hours cleaning at the end of your stay, any extra cleaning required will be charged out of the security deposit. Electricity is included - except for long term lets which will require negotiation.

    Pay pal accepted (+2%).
  • Pounds, Euro, Dollars welcome - we can accommodate most payment methods. PayPal accepted (+2%).

    We can advise you on flights, car hire or transport to and from the airport.
  • Our agent will meet you at the entrance of La Sella and will show you the apartment, take your security deposit (unless you have already paid it) and will hand you your key. the agent can be contacted during your stay for any problems and advice (call out charges may apply).

Please feel free to e-mail in your native language - we may not be able to speak directly to you but we have many friends who speak Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Portueguese, Italian.

Golf course & Spa: La Sella has recently changed its numbering. The back 9 holes are now the front nine. So what was the 5th hole is now the 14th. It may change back at any stage. So this apartment may be on the 5th or 14th hole depending on the numbering that La Sella chooses.

The Spa: For weary golfers or non-playing partners the spa at La Sella is surely the answer - chill out and relax!!! The La Sella Spa offers a variety of treatments including an assortment of massage treatments, facials, depilatory treatments, holistic therapies and beauty salon. The spa is found at the 5* Marriott Hotel on the golf course and is open to non-residents to book appointments. Discounts on some treatments may be obtained if booked through the Serviden office at the La Sella central precinct. We have recently tried the 'Spa Experience ' - a lovely 2 hours and good vaue.

Golf:

La Sella 18 hole, par 72 golf course was designed to be a course suitable for all standards of players. It is a challenging and interesting course that will require a full range of clubs to enjoy it to the full. The course lies in the valley and on the edges of the beautiful Montgo mountain which provides a breathtaking, colourful backdrop. The orange groves, olive trees and pine woodland surrounding the course make this one of the most striking courses that we know. Ad , as you would expect, the course is fully equipped with:- driving range, private lessons, buggy and club hire, practice bunker and putting green, restaurants, clubhouse and pro shop. Additional courses of Oliva Nova Golf, Javea Golf Club and Ifach Golf are within a 30 minute drive. International courses at Alicante and Valencia are less than 1 hour away but we are sure that you will love playing La Sella.

Great family break in fantastic apartment

We (myself, my wife and two 3 year old twins) stayed at this well equipped spacious apartment in early May 2009. We loved it and would highly recommend it. High points along with the high standard of the apartment itself were being able to relax on the (child safe) balcony watching people putting out on the 5th green of la Sella golf course below, enjoying a variety of excellent meals in the marina and elsewhere in Denia, and playing in the pool with the kids. We also found a lovely sandy beach nearby.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

The view is great isn't it - it's very difficult not to cheer or clap sometimes when someone makes a good putt.

Denia - Eastern Spain - it's too good to share!

Dear Jane
As long-term proponents of self-catering, Brenda and I have individual and demanding requirements for such holiday homes, even if they are not our own!! You managed close to perfection! Preposterously beautiful views, a finely equipped apartment, grounds/swimming pool, together with previous knowledge of eating places in the area, together added up to a 5* holiday in our favourite part of Spain. Thank you, no, THANK YOU!
PS. As a lifetime Gooner, loved the limited prints of Dennis and Thierry. Hope this doesn't put off potential Spurs fans, but who wants their business anyway!!?...OH YOU DO!
PPS.With good quality chefs knives at the appartment, I would add a knife steel to the cutlery draw!
PPPS.Staggered you did't have Jamonel's in middle of Denia, in your recommendations! Put a card in the file. Truely brilliant tapas, frequented by locals.

Thanks also for the tip about Jamonel - we'll added it to our recommendations and try to get there on our next trip. To be honest it's hard to keep up with all the lovely restaurants in Denia.

As to the prints - I confess that's me as I am also a life long Arsenal fan (and season ticket holder!). However, Calvin is a Spurs fan! This just proves that ALL are welcome!

Two bedroomed holiday apartment in Denia

My husband and I recently stayed in this apartment for a week. It is roughly an hour's drive from Alicante airport and is situated in a beautiful location in the mountains overlooking La Sella golf course.
The apartment is light and spacious and has a living/dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. It is immaculately clean. The balcony is large and there is space to barbecue if you want. The view from the balcony is beautiful! It over looks the golf course, the private garden and pool, the mountains and the sea to the left. It is very peaceful and private.
The apartment is situated in a very lovely residential area surrounded by mountains, lush greenery and scenic views. The roads are steep
so you need sensible footwear if walking. There is a nice restuarant/bar about a twenty minute walk from the apartment called
"The Giramondo". It is beside the tennis courts and riding school.
We eat there several times and the food is good and there is a nice
friendly atmosphere. You will need a car to go further afield. The owners have left a blue folder full of places to go, things to do etc and there is plenty of choice. We went into Denia itself a couple of times and walked along the Marina. It is a lovely town with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops only about a ten minute drive from the apartment. The agent in Denia is very helpful and only a telephone call away if you need to know anything or need her assistance.
I would highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday for two, a family holiday or holiday with friends. It has everything you could need but a car is a must!

a very relaxing break

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in July 2009. It was very quiet and relaxing, infact the first week we were there we had the whole complex to ourselves which was nice. The apartment is clean and well equipped and we really appreciated all the information that was left in the apartment about things to do and Henry loved all the toys and DVDs ! We visited Altea and Valencia by train and both are highly recommended. The beach at Denia is very nice as is the castle, especially at night (if it's open ). The views from the balcony are very nice and its a lovely quiet spot to relax in the evening. We would happily recommend this apartment

We have just returned from our holiday staying in this appartment. We only stayed here for three nights, but the appartment was lovely. It was clean and modern with all the mod cons from home. The balcony was large and overlooked the golf course. It was great to watch the golfers playong. I would reccomend this appartment without a doubt. The only negative thing i could find was the local shop and restuarant were a long walk away, so you did need to drive where ever you went. The owners and their agent were friendly and on call when we needed them. We had a great holiday and really liked Denia.
