Further details for Villa Tanya, Puerto Del Carmen:
Bookings are from 2pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Change over day is Thursday, depending on availability and time of year, there can be flexibility on this. Maid cleaning once a week with towel change mid week. Additional cleaning available at an extra cost. Towels and Bed linen are supplied with exception to Beach Towels. Villa Tanya is managed by a resident Property Management Company who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or provide any necessary assistance.
Fri,Sat and Sun arrivals are visited by the management company on Monday 10am-12 Noon approx.
Mon - thurs arrivals will be visited on the morning after you arrive. 10am-12 Noon approx.
Just said I would drop you a quick note regarding the holiday spent at Villa Tanya. The villa was fantastic,pictures don’t do it justice.the location was perfect and nicely enclosed. My kids had to be dragged out of the pool every evening.hope to use it again in the future. We also got to sample the food in la bodega and quentins.both were really good. Thanks again for your villa and we will be sure to let our friends know of it

Location was excellent, interior was clean and modern.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms an excellent size.

NEW 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE OPEN - Only 5 Minutes drive from Villa Tanya NOW OPEN! There are 2 golf courses on Lanzarote. The first is ' Golf de Costa Teguise', it is an 18 hole par 72 course and is 20 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. It is situated at the base of Tahiche's long extinct volcano and is surrounded by 3000 palm trees and various other examples of the islands unusual flora. The course was opened in 1978 and the facilities include a golf academy, pro shop, club and buggy hire, restaurant and cafe.
There is also a brand new golf course in Puerto del Carmen, it is 2 minutes drive from this property and has received rave reviews from those that have already played there. The course in great condition, the views are great and you can hire clubs, buggies etc.
