This 3 bedroom bungalow is extremely private with views to the sea over the pool at the front and to the hills at the back. You also get a good view of the village sports/football ground but, regrettably, not many energetic activities take place during the high season months. The extensive orchard behind the villa contains a selection of young fruit trees including date palms, apples, bananas, walnuts, figs, pomegranates, papaya and sultana vines planted and lovingly cared for by the owners who are very keen gardeners.

Location

Ayia Marina is a small, quiet village with a long stretch of unspoilt coastline. The town of Polis is within 10 minutes drive which has a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc and the small fishing harbour of Latchi approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa. Paphos town centre is approximately 50 minutes drive.

Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
