This luxury villa is situated within a lively village and near the sea with sunset views to the Messinian Gulf and Taygetos Mountains in Mani, Peloponnese. This 150 year old stone house was completely renovated by a German architect and builder in 2005 and is fully furnished and decorated with paintings and sculpture from local artists. The house is 140sq meters in size, with a bedroom and bath on the ground floor, a large bedroom suite with bath and terrace upstairs, sleeping space for 6, a large fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room and 2 terraces. Perfect for a family with grown children or 2 couples. Floor heating and a wood stove make it suitable for winter rentals; the cosy courtyard has a large pergola with grape vines providing shade for outdoor summer living. It is available as a year-round holiday rental.

This designer villa is located 2km above Stoupa beach in the lively village of Neochori-Lefktrou. It has beautiful views to the sea, in the olive-producing Messinian Mani, with the Taygetos mountains as a backdrop. It is 6km from Kardamili to the north, and approximately 3km to Agios Nikolaos, a beautiful fishing village, to the south.
