This villa is set on an extensive plot of land (approximately 6,000 square metres) complete with manicured lawns, colourful flower beds and Palm trees. The care and attention to detail throughout is obvious and the villa offers a high standard retreat, ideal for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. The ground floor consists of open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, 'X-Box' games console and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 6. The double bedroom is located on the ground floor along with a separate shower room. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating. Outside there is a 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool.

The village of Argaka is situated on the less commercialised northwest coast of Paphos. A handful of tavernas can be found within a couple of kilometres of the villa, dotted along the coastal road. Polis, the principal town for the area is approximately a 10 minute drive away and here you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. The fishing resort of Latchi, the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the unspoilt Akamas Penninsular can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Paphos airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the villa.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
  • Rates include: Weekly cleaning service and Welcome Grocery Pack. Air Conditioning (for cooling and heating), if required, is payable locally at the rate of 4 Euros per unit per day.
