This is a very well appointed private apartment with superb mountain views and is set in the stunning location of Cumbre del Sol in an area of natural beauty and tranquility. It is a brand new, well equipped, fully serviced apartment which is not overlooked and is in the most desirable location on the Costa Blanca. Set on a hill with stunning views - why not sit on the balcony with a 'sundowner' and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Sierra Bernia mountains. There is a local commercial area within walking distance which includes a selection of bars/restaurants and a 5 minute drive will take you to the nearest supermarkets, banks etc. Two large swimming pools (one of which is an infinity pool) with sun terraces, loungers, showers and a bar offering light snacks/tapas during the day are within 75m of the apartment. There is a secluded beach which is a few minutes drive.

Cumbre del Sol (mountain of the sun) is perfectly located for easy access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 3km from the upmarket town of Moraira and 8km from the family orientated one at Javea. It is just a short drive to the cosmopolitan towns of Calpe and Denia. It is the perfect location for walking, enjoying the local wildlife, flora and fauna and the local Tourist Information Centre offer free guided walks of the area. For those who enjoy more extensive walking, the stunning Jalon Valley is only a short drive away. There are no high rise hotels, package tours or noisy nightclubs in the area. Benidorm with its many attractions including theme/water parks, shopping and nightlife is a half hour drive.

Notes to the rental rates

During the months of July and August, changeover day is a Saturday. However, outside this period we are fully flexible depending on availability. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining 80% being due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. An additional refundable damage/key deposit of £100 is payable with the final balance. Bed linen, bath/kitchen towels are included for each person in the rental price, however beach/pool towels are not provided and you will need to bring your own. If you should require a mid holiday clean/change of linen, this can be arranged with Jo and Adam who look after the apartment and you will need to pay them direct for this.

| Notes: | The apartment is suitable for the elderly/infirm but there is a flight of approximately 10 steps down to the front door. Families are very welcome but the apartment is not equipped or suitable for children under the age of 5. Please note, that under no circumstances are pets allowed. The balcony has ample room on it and has a table and 4 chairs for your use. There are 2 free standing fans available should you need them as well. There is ample parking directly outside the apartment. |

Looking for a relaxing holiday, with beautiful scenery and luscious green countryside. The hillsides are dotted with private villas and small 'pueblo style' apartment complexes intermingled with pine woods and cultivated vine terraces interspersed with orange groves and almond trees.
Moraira is an historic fishing town and boasts
2 blue flag beaches as well as numerous rocky coves. It has numerous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Why not enjoy the local market every Friday morning; it is renowned for its excellent local produce as well as being the ideal place to bargain for souvenirs to take home with you.
The resort of Javea and its many attractions is
just a 15 minute drive and has a superb family orientated beach. From here you can hire jet bikes, pedalos and go water skiing. There is plenty of room for the children to play and swim safely. In the evening you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade where local craftsmen display their wares and enjoy a meal in one of the many beach front restaurants.
