New luxurious 4 bedroom traditional Portuguese villa in a rural setting amongst vineyard, and orchard covered hills, on the edge of a typical Portuguese village. The villa has a fully equipped, modern interior, whilst outside is a garden with private swimming pool, patio, and barbeque area. There is also use of the communal pool and small childrens play area. The medieval town of Obidos is within 5 minutes, and at a similar distance is the bustling spa town of Caldas Da Rainha with its shops, market, and leafy park. The spectacular sandy beaches of Foz de Arelho, and Baleal are 20 minutes away, and there are many internationally famous golf courses nearby, including the renowned Praia d'el Rey, and Golden Eagle. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away, and Lisbon airport is just a 50 minute drive.

Peniche is 30 minutes away and has a water park and good fish restaurants. Inland there are national parks and Portugal's largest cave system within easy reach for day trips.

Outside.: Garden to rear of property with small lawned area, and lemon tree. Patio with brick built barbeque. To the side is a large tiled area with private swimming pool. The garden overlooks undeveloped farmland and woods.

Coast / Beach.: Various beaches are within 20 minutes. Foz da Arelho overlooks the Obidos lagoon, and has safe sandy beaches and windsurfers and dinghies for rent. Soa Martinho do Porto has an enclosed calm bay, whilst Baleal beach is ideal for surfing. The nature reserve islands of Berlenga contain shipwrecks that are great for snorkeling or diving.

Golf.: The area has many internationally renowned courses including Praia D'el Rey and the new Golden Eagle Course.
