A modern 3 bedroom villa with stunning sea views
The 3 bedroom villa built 3 years ago is on a 6 villa complex all with their own private pools. The villa boasts the largest pool (9x4m) and has 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite shower room and is excellent for those not wishing to use stairs. The villa is set on the outskirts of the quiet village of Loumas which is a short drive away from the charming town of Elounda. There are stunning views of the north east coast of Crete and the surrounding mountains. The villa is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. It is an excellent hideaway as well as being popular with families who enjoy the comforts of a well designed villa and large pool.

The villa is set in a very quiet location but only 15 minutes away from the beautiful town of Elounda where there are good shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies as well as a sandy beach particularly good for young children. Closer to Loumas there is the picturesque village of Plaka with the Island of Spinalonga (subject of the best selling book 'The Island' by Victoria Hislop) opposite. There is a large pebbled beach there and a few waterside tavernas. Agios Nikolaos is a further 15 minutes away with a larger selection of shops and Heraklion another 45 minutes away. As well as water parks, a golf course and archaeological sites including the world famous Knossos Palace the beauty of the countryside means you are never far from mountains and sea. Loumas is set in an area which is unspoilt and driving or walking on this coast is wonderful for nature lovers, bird watchers and hikers. There are plenty of 'undiscovered' coves and tracks for 'off roading'.

Booking Conditions
Written confirmation with the applicable deposit (20% of the accommodation cost) is required to secure the booking. Confirmation of your booking together with an invoice/receipt showing the balance payable will be sent to you. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Cheques or Bankers Drafts or bank transfer are to be payable to Michael Wilson. If for any reason the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, the total amount is due with the booking form.
Cancellation
1) By you, the Client: 8 weeks or before your arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable. Less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, the total cost of the accommodation will be non-refundable if we, the owners, are unable to recover the income by re letting.
2) By us, the Owners: Our liability is limited to making the accommodation available for the dates booked.
