This is a luxurious villa aimed at the 5 star market. The villa was completed in Jan 2008. Beautiful marble floors in the lounge, dining, stairs and hallways. The furniture is of a high standard both inside and out. Glorious views of the sea. A GUEST REVIEW: Hi. We would all like to say what a lovely villa you have and how much we all enjoyed ourselves and how quite and relaxing it was. It was very much home from home and had got everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was wonderful . Would recommend to all my family and friends, and will definitely be returning. The villa is a credit to you both and the quality of the interior is to a high standard. Many thanks Andy Elaine & Blake. Leicester. The villa is located on a quite residential area in the Fanabe, Playa Las Americas, Adeje area. The local beach El Duque is a 5 min drive, this is the beach in front of the famous Bahia Del Duque hotel. The Adeje golf course is also a 5 min drive the playa las Americas golf course is also a 5 min drive with the golf de sur and Amarilla golf a 15 min drive. The new Siam park is a 5 min drive. Los Cristianos is a 10 min drive. Teide is about an hours drive as is Puerto and Santa Cruise.

Notes: We have tried to make this villa child friendly. The steps to the pool are gated, we have stair gates that can be used, a cot, high chair at no charge. On the main floor level there is bedroom 3 which has king size bed, on this level is main entrance, main bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room which leads straight out onto terrace. Please note there are steps at front of the house and also steps down to the pool. Please contact us if you have pets. No smoking in the house but outside only please.

NO EXTRAS: We have tried to think of everything that any guests would need and want, including those with young children and babies. We do not charge any extras for anything! Air conditioning , heating, swimming pool heating, internet2 safes, linen, cleaning, pool towels, baby cot, baby stair guards high chair if needed all inclusive of weekly rental. We hate extras and are sure that other customers hate them to.

OUTSIDE: Beautifully landscaped gardens with various terraces, patio around a private heated swimming pool. The villa has good quality outdoor furniture, various rattan settee and loungers to seat 8 , 8 setter outside dining table enough sun loungers and seats for 14 people on various terraces. 2 hammocks. Sun shades. large stainless steel barbecue.

Beaches: Bahia del Duque hotel is the most elegant and also one of the closest beaches to the villa approx 5 min drive. This is a very beautiful beach kept in immaculate condition with many restaurants nearby. Fanabe beach 5 min. Playa las Americas beach 7 min. Los Cristianos 10 min. All times approx.

well thought out beautiful villa, main bedroom superb sea view, lots to do in area for all ages we were with family ages ranging from 18 months to 17 years plus adults, would definatley return, however there is still some building work being completed in from of villa, this sometimes can get noisy whilst laying around the pool.

We visited the Villa in November 08 for our honeymoon with our three children and I would have no hestiation in recommending this villa to anyone.
The published details and pictures were very accurate, the villa is in excellent condition, very high spec and well maintained.
The management team were very efficent and helpful. And within a short drive were great beaches and restaurants. We had a woderful time.

We stayed in aug 08 for two weeks villa was tastefully furnished inside and out.Pool area was of a very high standered the heated pool was used day and night.We went with family friends and the villa was big enough for all eight of us not to be under one anothers feet.Position of villa in excellent position just nice distance away from center where you can find restaurants for all taste and pockets.Supermarket within walking distance and you can get a cab back for a couple of euros.On arrival we were met by the managment company and they where on hand any time we had a problem or needed any advice taxi numbers etc.Our only problem was that we had to leave and to make our selves feel better we have booked for a return visit this summer and will be staying for a whole month.
We thank you again for the wonderfull time we had at Villa Sabina.

We have just spent a wonderful week in this villa which is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. We were 2 families and we found that there was plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very clean and well equiped and we had wonderful weather which was wonderful at the end of October. There is some buildng work of new villas going on near the villa which were a bit noisy at time, but this did not effect the enjoyment of our stay.
