Set in a small 4 year old complex, a short walk from Villamartin Plaza with shops and restaurants and a five minute drive from La Zenia beach, this well equipped two twin bedroom apartment would suit a family of four or four adults and offers both beach and golfing holidays. This first floor apartment has a balcony with table, chairs and sunshade overlooking the shared garden and pool. A large roof terrace, equipped with sunbeds and sunshades, table and chairs and a BBQ, offers dawn 'til dusk sunshine. The Lounge and Dining areas have ceiling fans and air conditioning is available. There is satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped for four to self-cater. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans ,one has an en-suite shower room plus there is a separate bathroom. Hairdryers and Beach Towels are provided. There are four championship golf courses in the immediate area and there are numerous sandy beaches within a short drive.

A short walk to Villamartin Plaza with its many restaurants, shops and bars, a few minutes drive to the sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa (La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Pilar de la Horredada) and the the gentle, shallow beaches of the perpetually warm water of the Mar MenorMar. Surrounding championship Golf Courses (Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca). The historic towns of Alicante, Cartagena, Murcia and Orihuela are an easy drive away . Torrevieja, about 20 minutes by car, is both a lively evening destination and a surprisingly good day trip - good beaches, interesting 'old town' and Marina. There is a market somewhere in the near vicinity almost every day. Being Spain, there is, on average, at least one Festival (fireworks!) each month. Alicante airport is about 45 minutes away and Murcia-San Javier Airport, about 20 minutes - 95% motorway in both cases.

Additional information about rental rates

  • PLEASE NOTE An additional €50 to cover laundry and cleaning following your departure is payable to our agent upon your arrival. If you have requested Air Conditionioning, a surcharge of 20 Euros per week, again payable to our agent upon your arrival.
    Payment:
    A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week (or part thereof) is required at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks before booked arrival date.
    Cancellation:
    Failure to complete payment for total rental of booking by six weeks prior to booked arrival date will result in cancellation being assumed.
    After full payment of total rental but before six weeks - loss of deposit only, balance will be returned in full.
    Within six weeks but more than four weeks - 50% of total rental will be returned.
    Within four weeks but more than two weeks - 25% of total rental will be returned.
    Cancellation within two weeks of booked arrival date will result in no refund of any monies paid
  • Rental may start or finish mid week - we do not insist upon Saturday arrival or departure.

    A security deposit of £100 will be required. These monies will be returned to you withing two weeks of your departure subject to their being no loss or breakage to the apartment or the contents of the apartment. In the event of loss or damage, bills will be provided to validate any deductions made.
    We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate and comprehensive insurance.
    We cannot be held responsible for any travel delays, injury, or loss or damage to your property. Nor can we be held liable for any accidents, injury, loss or damage occurring in the property or in the communal and shared areas.
  • You will be met by our agent upon your arrival at the property. Our agent will provide keys and explain the operation and use of facilities and be available during your stay should you have any queries.
    Arrival and departure times will be by arrangement with the owner and our agent but will normally be after 14.00hrs for arrival and before 11.00hrs for departure. Times are flexible wherever possible.

Notes: Lounge and Dining areas have ceiling fans. There is air conditioning available for a surcharge of €20 per week. Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, ceiling fans, hairdryers, alarm clocks. Blankets are available. The Balcony has a 'breakfast set' of table and four chairs plus a sunshade - breakfast in the sunshine!. The roof Terrace has four reclining loungers, a table with four chairs and a sunshade. There is a BBQ. Always weather dependent, but it has a strong potential for sunshine from dawn 'til dusk! A Cool Box with a plasticware Picnic set, 2 Deckchairs and a beach Sunshade with a sand-screw are provided for beach use. There is also a selection of beach toys for children. There is a Cool Bag to help safeguard any frozen shopping! Parking is in a designated parking area adjacent to the apartment building.

Golf: The area is surrounded by a number of Championship Golf Courses - Campoamor, La Finca, Las Ramblas and Villamartin with many more good courses within an easy drive. La Manga, with it's extensive sporting facilities is about 30minutes away. Enquiries and bookings should be made directly with the courses - a handicap certificate is generally required - we have some contact details.

This apartment offers everything you require for a great self-catering holiday. Nicely furnished and decorated, the apartment has excellent facilities from a barbecue on the roof terrace to beach equipment (tent, chairs, coolbox etc). The location is great, Villamartin Plaza with lots of restaurants and bars is only 5 - 10 minutes walk, the beach is a 5 - 10 minute drive. The apartment was beautifully clean and well looked after - the owner sent great information prior to arrival in the UK and ensured that we were met on arrival at the apartment by the keyholder who lives on the complex. I highly recommend this apartment to all looking for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine - suitable for families and couples.
