Historic 18th century house, fully renovated and refurbished. Comfortable, very nice and quite apartment offers bed room, living room, bathroom, WC, and kitchen which is equipped with electrical cooker, coffee - maker, refrigerator and radio, spacious and furnished terrace. It is on the first floor with lift and in the garage is available a car place.

The district of Hradcany (Castle) is the most ancient in Prague and, with its renaissance baroque and gothic appearance, it is situated in the northern part of the historical center. Nearby you can find the Cathedral of S. Vitus, the Royal Palace, the Monastery of Strahov, the churches of Loreto and S. George, the golden lane and the Petrin park. Not too far from here, you can reach walking or catching the tram (tram stop is 200 meters far, trams are working all day and all night) the Mala Strana, Stare Mesto (Old Town) and Nove Mesto (New Town), and with the bus it is possible to get in 10 minutes to the biggest shopping center of Praga, the Smichovske Centrum.

Notes: In the living room it is a big comfortable double sofa-bed. The terrace is 22 square meters, with table, chairs, plants and umbrella. The car place is good for cars not higher than 155 cm and costs 5 euro/night, for bigger cars it is a guarded park place 300 meters away, which costs 13 euro/24 hours. The wifi internet connection will be available soon. It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment, but of course it is possible on the terrace.

Lovely & Clean Apartment

The apartment was very clean and nice. Although it was a little out of town we were able to use the trams located near the apartment and get to town quickly. Nice neighborhood and up the hill above the apartment is a nice park where we were able to jog. The couch pulls out into a bed for two and was quite comfortable.

The owner was out of town while we visited and we had some difficulty finding the apartment as the person that met us had difficulty telling us what tram stop to get off. I would recommend taking a cab from the airport. Also had difficulty with the washing machine and the person who let us in could not help us either. Once we talked with the owner by telephone we figured it out and it worked just fine. An instruction manuel would have been helpful.

I would recommend staying in this rental. It was nice to relax at the end of each day at a clean apartment that also had a nice patio. Prague is a very nice and quaint city and we really enjoyed it.

Fantastic location within walking distance from the best brewery in the country! The apartment is very modern and well equipped. My kids said that this is one of the best places they've stayed in during our European trip. Very easy access to the #22 tram but also a pleasant walk to the Prague Castle all the way to Old Town. Excellent travel/ city information service! The taxi we requested from the owner arrived precisely on the time requested. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, very clean, well maintained, well equipped. Slightly out of town but a nice walk down, or the trams are easy to navigate. Excellent customer service, we struggled to get a taxi to the airport and the owners easily solved that for us. They were on hand for any problems we might have encountered and gave us a great information pack on Prague, where to visit, where to eat etc. Would highly recommend staying here. Prague is a beautiful place, go now!!
