Lovely bright apartment in a brand new gated building on a quiet residential road that is only one block from the main avenue going through town. Apartment is approximately 430sq ft/40sq m – located on top floor accessible by lift, very serene. 2 rooms, sleeps 2-3 adults or 2 adults/2 children - 1 bedroom with queen bed and living room with sofa bed. 1 bathroom with tub, separate toilet. American kitchen, entirely equipped including washer/dryer & dishwasher. North-eastern terrace overlooking lush expansive gardens. Flat-screen TV with cable & DVD player, stereo system, internet/wifi hookup. Video security system. 3 minutes on foot to shopping, restaurants & night-life. 5 minutes to beach. Private GARAGE.

The flat is really nice. Only an air condition is not installed, so it may be very hot in summer. The city is very near, perfect service and short ways to bakery and supermarket and city center. A garage is really important! I would book it again. Thanks for all!

A Wonderful Rental in Juan les Pins

A wonderful rental in Juan les Pins. The location was perfect and the building is beautiful and secure. A real treat to have breakfast on the balcony every morning. The property manager was lovely and pleasant to chat with. She met us on time at both our arrival and our departure. The place was nicely decorated and we appreciated the clean linens and towels.

The washer/dryer was confusing to operate, so some simplified instructions might have come in handy. Parking in the cramped garage was a bit of a headache (but that is pretty much everywhere in Europe) and an additional apartment key would have come in handy (we only got one).

Overall, a very good rental. I would go back again and recommend it to others.
