For tourism or business trip (Grandes Ecoles, the Collège de France, the Sorbonne, the Faculties are its neighbours) this 48 square meter apartment is very comfortable and can host 2 to 5 people. It features 1 bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. This quiet apartment is at foot steps of the typical Pedestrian district “Mouffetard Street” with his restaurants and cafés. Overall, very good. But had some bad points.

The apartment was generally easy to find, with the help of Google Maps. It was close to a metro station which took you to the main sights of the city. Apartment was in good condition.

First bad point: There was something above the toilet that put water on you every time you flushed the toilet.

Second bad point: The door was quite difficult to open, so that could be a fire hazard.

Other than those two points, I had an excellent time at this apartment.

We were not aware that there was a problem with the toilets since we never get any water when we flush and clean the toilets.
We never had any comments from the other tenents either.
As for the door, as we showed you just before you leave, it is not hard to open, you just have to pull the handle, but it seems you had not seen that.

Es handelt sich um eine typische kleine Pariser Hinterhauswohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand (renoviert). Küche, Bad und WC sind winzig (WC nicht für dicke Menschen geeignet!), aber zweckmäßig. Ein franz. Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein großes Sofabett und ein kleines Sofabett im Wohn/Schlafraum (Platz für max. 5 Personen.)Geschirr, Besteck und Stühle ausreichend vorhanden.Gute Lage in der Nähe der Metro (Censier Daubenton, Linie 7) und der schönen Rue Mouffetard. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Hinterhof.
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten.
