The unusual external appearance of these two identical detached villas conceals spacious accommodation arranged over 3 levels. These neighbouring villas are ideal for the larger party wishing to holiday together. From the front door a short flight of steps lead to the open plan kitchen, living & dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. A small utility room houses the washing machine. The simply furnished living area features a working fireplace, TV, DVD player & CD player and has patio doors that open onto a spacious balcony with a BBQ, table and chairs for summer al fresco dining. A cloakroom is also located on this floor. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share the separate full bathroom. Accessed externally by steps leading from the pool area to the lower ground level is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Situated approximately midway between Paphos Town centre and the well know sandy beach at Coral Bay the villa is just a few minutes drive or bus ride from each. There is a mini market and a pub within 500 metres of the villa and a selection of restaurants within 2 kilometres. The town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is only a few minutes drive away as is the lively beach resort of Coral Bay, with its selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf and Go-Karting.

  • Rates include: Weekly cleaning service & Welcome Grocery Pack. Air Conditioning is optional, payable locally at the rate of 5 euros per unit per day.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

Notes: The 8m x 5m private pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. Well tended grounds sprinkled with trees and shrubs add welcoming splashes of colour to the villa surrounds. Each villa has its own private parking. We have just returned from this villa. The villa was great spacious with good facilities. The only down side would have to be that the villa was over run with ants which after we bought are own cleaning products the housekeeper then provided ant stations (after numerous requests) we then had to ring to ask for the bedding towels and pool to be cleaned we also requested for some cleaning products eg bleach to clean the toilets etc (the housekeeper arrived with a bottle of washing up liquid).We have used villas for the last 7 years and always used the same company, this is first time we have used this company. I would use this website again but only if I could not use my regular company.
