Clandun house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom end townhouse occupying a prime poolside position on the award-winning Paradise Gardens 4 complex. There are 2 swimming pools set in picturesque landscaped gardens. The house ideally suits couples and families with children because of it's proximity to the pool. It benefits from air con throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms, patio, garden, barbecue area with BBQ and private parking. The open plan L-shaped living/dining area is spacious and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The lounge and dining area can accommodate 6 easily and 8 if necessary. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge if guests require it. A high chair and cot are available at no extra cost. There is a guest shower room/WC on the ground floor. The first floor has 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Outside, the patio has seating for 6/8 making dining outside, especially in the evening overlooking the illuminated pool

It is a truly beautiful island, form citrus groves and scenic mountain backdrops to gently shelving beaches with water as warm as a bath. The former capital of Cyprus, Paphos has grown into a bustling tourist area with everything to offer the holidaymaker. Divided into 2 parts, the old town houses the market and other major shops, while Kato Paphos area has a pretty harbour, historic fort, watersports, diving centres, sandy beaches, shops, bars, night life, open-air cafes, and international restaurants. Close by you will find fun for all the family at the waterpark, and there is one of the largest outdoor go-karting centres in Europe. There are facilities for lawn bowls, and within a short drive are three 18-hole golf courses. Historical interests include the Tombs of the Kings and Aphrodite's birthplace.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and offered everything we needed for a family with two young children (2yrs & 4 months).
Restaurants & sea are a short drive away and there is a shop and diner within a short walk.

Great holiday at Clandun

We had a great holiday, the accomodation was fantastic!! We were a largish party (7 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) and the accomodation was no where near cramped, the terrace with celing fan was great especilly on the hot evenings, all the little touches were great. The pool was never cramped and the house has the best position on the block. Would definatly return and would/have already recomended the property to friends. We hired a car as we wanted to explore the area further, we went out to Aprodities Rock, Bird & Reptile park and Turtle Sanctury nr Lara Beach etc. There was plenty to do and most things were in walking distance, cant wait to return!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in your lovely villa on Paradise Gardens 4. It was a real home from home with everything that we needed and the children loved it. It was immaculately clean and well maintained and the outlook over the pool was excellent, in fact we could sit on the patio and watch the children splash in the water. We didn't need to hire a car because of the proximity to the harbour which we walked to every evening.
We enjoyed our trips to the waterpark and the go karting as well as the more cultural attractions around the harbour area and Tombs of the Kings.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and have already re-booked for next year.
