An impressive, spacious, high quality villa, being one of three situated in an elevated position and enjoying direct views over the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. The villa is set over two levels. The open plan ground floor consists of a kitchen area equipped with an electric oven & hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & wine cooler. The formal dining table will seat 6 and for less formal dining the breakfast bar in the kitchen will seat 4. The living area features a TV (limited satellite channels) and DVD player. Outside the impressive gardens are arranged over two levels. The first tier features a beautiful 11m x 5m private swimming pool with a waterfall feature that cascades into a smaller paddling pool on the lower tier. The extensive sunbathing terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas & a poolside shower. The lawned area of the lower tier garden also features a small childrens play area equipped with wooden play apparatus

Argaka, with it's natural coastline and handful of tavernas dotted along the coastal road, has a laid back atmosphere. Polis, the principal town for the area, huddled around a pedestrianised square with a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, and cafes, and an organised beach backed by tall Eucalyptus trees is within a 10 minute drive. The seaside resort of Latchi, with its fish tavernas is only a few minutes further on, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. The town of Paphos can be reached within a 45 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include: Weekly cleaning service, Welcome Grocery Pack and Air-Conditioning (for cooling and heating) in the bedrooms. For the use of the larger air conditioning units in the living room and kitchen, if required, a supplement of 10 Euros per unit per day, is payable locally.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
