An immaculate 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool. This superb villa offers peace and privacy, together with a wealth of facilities. The well-tended garden has a lawned area and views that extend over orange and lemon groves down to the sea. The open plan ground floor offers two separate lounge areas, one with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD stereo. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 8 and there is a breakfast bar with stools for less formal dining. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, and a large, shaded terrace furnished with table and chairs. The master double bedroom (4 poster bed) has an en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath and the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning units*. The large (10m x 5m), private swimming pool is surrounded by paved sunbathing terraces.

A handful of tavernas dotted along the Argaka coastal road are within 2 kilometres of the villa whilst Polis, the principal town for the area with it's wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafe bars is only a 10 minute drive away. A few minutes drive further on from Polis will take you to the fishing resort of Latchi, well known locally for its seafood, the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the unspoilt Akamas Penninsular. Paphos town is approximately a 40 minute drive away.

Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. The well-tended garden has a lawned area, and many colourful plants and bushes, and views extend over the orange grove down to the sea. To one side of the terrace is a built-in barbeque area, and at the other side is the large gazebo under which is a pool table (coin operated), with all equipment provided.
