This high specification villa is situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, only a few minutes walk from Tala Village Square with its small collection of restaurants and tavernas. The open plan ground floor features a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area features a fireplace, flat screen TV (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The first double bedroom with kingsize bed is located on the ground floor along with a separate shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom also features a kingsize bed and has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead onto a large balcony with sea views. The final bedroom is a twin bedded room with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All bathrooms have heated towel rails. Air conditioning is provided.

Tala village is well know for its cooling summer breezes during those hot summer months and from its elevated position enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast. The delightful village square has a small selection of restaurants, tavernas and traditional coffee shops. Standing proudly in the hills above the village is the imposing 12th Century Monastery of Saint Neophytos. Tala is only a 20 minutes drive from the popular resort of Coral Bay with its well known sandy beach and a 15 minute drive from the town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, harbour area and wide selection of shops.
