Pretty 3 bed bijou villa just off the Main Street in the village of Beaulieu sur Mer, 2min walk from the beach and Casino. About 10km equidistant from both Nice and Monaco and close to the exclusive area of Cap Ferrat with its stunning walks along the coast. The train line is also a few minutes walk and services all of the major towns along the coast. The property is a 1930's fully air conditioned villa which has been completely renovated to an exceptional standard. Accommodation comprises (120 sq.m) and includes a large living cum dining room, kitchen, separate ground floor WC, with 3 double bedrooms at first floor, main bedroom en-suite, and a separate bathroom. There is also a cave with a small TV area and utility room. Outside there is a pretty garden with terraces accommodating a coffee table for 4 and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 people. there is a private heated pool and a private parking space with electric automatic gates. This townhouse is a rarity in Beaulieu.

There are numerous restaurants and bars in close proximity. Nice International Airport is about 18km away and the motorway is best approached from Cap d'Ail.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Full rent payable in advance. A security deposit of 2,500 or 30% minimum is required with each letting, this will be used in the event of breakages and/or owner not receiving house back as it was. A full inventory will be attached to the letting agreement and agreed with lessee on arrival. Please note the booking is not confirmed until 30% rental deposit is paid. If booking is cancelled then deposit is lost. On arrival day access is at 4pm and departure day is 10am. Full clean/linen change each week, provided at no extra cost to the lessee. Lessee to pay housekeeper direct for any extras required. Linen and towels provided. Gardener, pool maintenance man and cleaner have unrestricted access to house. Owner and agent if necessary. Lessee pays for electricity, water and gas to be invoiced or deducted from guarantee. Owner accepts no liability for loss or injury. Please note during the summer months the rental runs from Saturday to Saturday,otherwise dates are flexible
  • Summer months include May June July August and September.
    Please note additonal rates apply at Easter, Grand Prix weekend and Christmas/New Year.
  • Cleaning is provided up to 4 hours per week together with the departure cleaning of up to 6 hours. In excess of this the rate per hour is charged to the tenant.

  • There are 3 double bedrooms, one with an extra large double bed, one with two twin beds and one with a large double bed and a single which pulls out underneath. If the double and single are used in this room, it is really only suitable for 3 kids, as it takes up the entire room. There is also a futon in the cave but this is only suitable in emergencies as there is no natural light. The house comfortably sleeps 6.

Highly recommended 5* property, well maintained, pretty garden, heated pool (on request). Close to shops and beach and many lovely coastal walks. Great to be able to manage without a car for a week (excellent public transport - try a bus at the end of the road and visit Villefranche sur Mer for an early supper and bus back!)
and walk to shops etc. A shopping trolley thoughtfully provided in the property for carrying home the wine, etc.
One minor criticism which we, as a three generation family found, was the teapot which was a lousy pourer!! As great tea drinkers we would take our own teapot next time!
Beaulieu sur Mer is an attractive, relatively quiet spot on the Cote d'Azur.

My family and I enjoyed a great week in this house in Oct 2009.This is a great house in the centre of Beaulieu Sur Mer which allows you to explore the immediate area (and Cap Ferrat) on foot or bike without having to face an uphill struggle home. The web pictures don't really do it justice. The agent Daniel was really helpful and organised a great babysitter for us who spoke english and was fantastic with our children. The house has everything you need, the master bedroom was a great size, we made use of the heated pool and owners bikes . I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation.

Superb Villa

We are a family of six and have stayed at the Villa on two occassions. It has a superb location with the shops. beach and transport all on your doorstep. This villa is so clean, modern and well-maintained. Overall you will not get better. We highly reccommend this villa. Super.

Fantastic property, ideal location, very private safe secure parking and very well equipped. Our party of 4 adults have just spent Xmas 2008 in villa and had a geat time.Cannot
praise the manager and maid enough. The maid even called round on Xmas morning to resolve a small problem.
No hesitation in reccommending this propert.

Fantastic villa with a very good location

We had a fantastic week mid October 2008. Excellent house with an excellent location. Walking distance to a new and very good food store and small nice shops, near to the beach and near to several restaurants. Buses around the corner to Monaco or Nice. Car is not needed. The house can't be better - everything is new and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable for 6 persons. Outdoor sitting area with barbecue, pool and parking lot. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.
