Photos and Description of this Viterbo Province holiday villa This is a property where tranquillity and idyllic countryside can be enjoyed.

Villa Helena is a lovely villa built in the typical Tuscany style, in stone. It was completed by spring 2006.The house is 300m2 which includes several terraces. Villa Helena can accommodate 8 people. It is very suitable for a big family, or 2-3 couples with children. There are separate terraces giving opportunity to relax with morning coffee or enjoy the magnificent views. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and watch the beautiful sunset over Lago Bolsena in the distance. Approximately half the property is cultivated and includes a 6x12,5 metre swimming pool with pergola, barbeque area and sun lounge chairs. Villa Helena has its own water and gas supply, and there is air conditioning on the first floor. It is a very spacious house and all the doors and windows have open Venetian blinds. The ceilings are high and supported in several places by thick, wooden chestnut colour beams. This is a property where tranquility and idyllic countryside can be enjoyed.

Montefiascone is situated approximately 100 km miles from Rome, and it takes about 2 hours by car to Villa Helena. The property Villa Helena is situated in the peaceful and rural Vallemanna, just a 7 minute drive away from Montefiascone. Montefiascone is about 580 metre over sea level, and is the highest town in the Region Lazio. There are approximately 12.000 inhabitants in this idyllic, little Italian town. The old part of the town has been well preserved. The Santa Margherita cathedral, with its characteristic dome, stands majestically on a hillside. This beautiful dome is the third largest in Italy. Montefiascone is situated on a mountain ridge over Italy's largest volcanic lake, Lake Bolsena. From the town there is a fantastic panoramic view across the lake and the hills in Tuscany and Umbria. There are many safe, sloping beaches for children, lovely old promenades, and a good selection of cafés, restaurants and pizzariers. It takes about 15 min to drive from the Villa.

  • At arrival, you will be welcomed by our translator (speaks english) in the town of Montefiascone, she will show you to the house and give needed instructions. This is also included in the rent.
  • Included is final cleaning of the house when you leave, also gas and electricity that has been used during the stay.
