This comfortable and well furnished two bedroom 1st floor apartment is situated in the popular Aguas Nuevas area of La Mata close to sandy beaches. This brand new apartment overlooks the communal pool. Whilst we would recommend the use of a car at this location the village centre is walkable as are the local shops, restaurants and bars. The stunning beaches of Guardamar are only a 10 minute drive away as are several excellent golf courses. This makes for a great location for a pleasant and relaxing family holiday.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 20% booking fee is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday together with a refundable damage bond. Transport to/from airport can be arranged at very competitive prices, alternatively car hire can be arranged. Pushchairs, high chairs and cots are available. A 55 euros cleaning charge is payable to the caretaker on arrival.
  
• Should you be arriving outside shopping hours, awkward times, or Spanish bank holidays we are able to arrange the purchase of a welcome pack consisting of essential items waiting for you upon your arrival. The basic pack costs just 25 euros and consists of: Bread, Butter, Jam, Milk, Water, Biscuits, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Fruit Juice, Croissants. Additional items available on request. Should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.
  
• There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 30 minute drive away. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low cost. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we are able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers.

Local Area

Aguas Nuevas is on the northern side of Torrevieja, which is a busy, bustling town with a wide a range of facilities and amenities. It has seven blue flag beaches, a marina, a casino, a sports centre and tennis courts, museums, parks and churches, there are numerous shops, restaurants and bars and in this thriving tourist resort. There are excellent shopping facilities, including a Carrefour hypermarket only a short distance away. Some areas of Torrevieja have been designated as protected nature reserves and park lands, which you can enjoy walking through. The two large salt lakes are home to flamingos, seabirds and wildlife. The air is clean and pure, ideal for those with asthma or chest complaints. Torrevieja is a good base for exploring the rest of the coastal area. There are also numerous pubs and clubs in the near by Centre for the young at heart or those who just like to party.

Torrevieja Area

Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town with it's street markets, and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. With a newly refurbished marina, boasting 3km of walkways, relaxing cafes and an open air market which opens well into the night (summer only). For recreation, relaxation and amusement, amongst many other things, the town has one of the best yacht clubs in Spain plus all water sports, 4 championship golf courses within 30 mins drive, a number of go-kart tracks, water park, ten pin bowling, multi screen cinema and 2 salt lake lagoons which have been turned into nature reserves. Torrevieja has so much to offer whether its beautiful climate, fine dining, golfing, water sports or just chilling out its all on your doorstep. Catering for everyones needs young and old. It is a coastal town in the south of the Alicante Province.
