This three bedroom villa is situated on an exclusive cul-de-sac close to the 5 star Coral Beach and Thalassa hotels in Coral Bay. The villa is set over two levels and the open plan ground floor comprises of a living/dining/kitchen area. Entertainment is provided by the flatscreen TV (limited satellite channels) DVD player and CD Player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the extendable wooden dining table can comfortably seat 8. A separate guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

The popular sandy beach of Coral Bay is less than a 10 minute walk from the development whilst the smaller sandy bay of Corallia Beach is even closer, being only 3 minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are within 500 metres of the development whilst the centre of Coral Bay which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer is only a 15 minute stroll away and here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.

  • Rates include: Weekly cleaning service & Welcome Grocery Pack. Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional, and payable locally at the rate of 6.00 Euros per unit per day.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.

    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
