This three bedroom detached villa is situated in a small development a mere 200 metres from the shops and bars of the Pernera district of Protaras and only 800 metres from a sandy beach. The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished with bold coloured sofas, glass topped tables, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player. The dining table has 6 dining chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob. A separate cloakroom with shower cubicle is also located on this level.

Location: Protaras in Cyprus

The centre of the lively resort of Pernera with its good selection of shops, bars and restaurants is within easy walking distance, as is the sandy beach at Pernera Cove. The centre of Protaras and the famous Fig Tree Bay are within a few minutes drive and the resort of Ayia Napa is approximately 10 minutes drive away.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

This Villa is a dump. The pictures falsely represent the villa which was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, the spare bed covers in the wardrobe were so badly stained it took the managing agent three attempts to wash them. There was pubic hair on the bedroom floors, no bedside lamps, bedroom furniture all damaged and broken, one fan in the one of the bedrooms was broken and hanging off the stand only held on by the electric flex. The swimming pool was stangant water with mosquito larvae swiming around (it transpired the pool guy took the pump to get it fixed two weeks before we arrived and hadn't bothered to sort it out which resulted in the mess that confronted us when we walked though the door for our two week holiday). The toilet seat fell off whilst I was on the toilet - nice. The TV only has one station which was some rubbish music station.

All in all the owners couldn't care less about the state of the villa as long as they have their money as the managing agent tried to contact him and he didn't bother to call them back!

The Villa Group were great at getting us relocated as we are not prepared to put up with the state of the place.

If you want a good holiday DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA!
