Our Villa is in Las Colaradas, part of Playa Blanca. With sea and mountain views. From the moment you drive into the grounds you will feel very special, the garden with its own drive amounts to over 1/3 Acre. It is well stocked with palms, flowers and cactus. Located at the top end of Las Colaradas , the more exclusive area. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, with two on the main level, and the 3rd bedroom which is really a self contained apartment. Ideal for the Grand parents or friends. The pool is 8M x 4M and has electric heating. The Arctic Spa Hot Tub is great at night, with a drink, looking up at the stars. All very romantic , and a great treat for those special people in your life. English and German Spoken. Please note, it is available at a reduced price, for two bedrooms only. SEE NOTES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nearest Airport: Arrecife at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Playa Blanca at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Las Colaradas is the exclusive area of Playa Planca, next to the wonderful beaches of Papagayo. Our Villa is located above the Village of El Pueblo and the Hotel Grand Castillio, It is nice to visit the hotel for drinks and live music. This a 5 min walk down a gentle hill, turn left and you can walk over the hills to the beaches . A stone beach is in front of the village. Now turn right and you have a wonderful promanade along the cliffs with spectacular sea views. 20 min walking brings us to the fabulous Marina Village Rubicon, with its many designer shops and restaurants. Carry on along the Promanade and you arrive in the Town Playa Blanca. On the way you would have passed the Mini golf Course, worth a try, and more nice beaches. Supermarkets are a short 5 min drive from the Villa. The Airport is 32 Km away, drive via Yaiza and through the lava fields or via Femis over the mountain pass, for more spectacular views. A car is not necessary, but advised if you want to tour.
