Photos and Description of this Murla holiday villa Self-catering, great views, vineyards, urbanization

This beautiful villa is located in the Jalon Valley between Parcent and Orba. It has wonderful views and is completely furnished with English Sat. TV, air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms upstairs. It has a capacity for max 8 persons. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room with American kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and water filter system. Downstairs is a big bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed which can sleep another 2 people. It has a shower room, washing machine and an extra fridge where you can put your drinks when at the pool. The pool is kidney shaped and has a terrace around it to enjoy the sun. There are various additional terraces (one with a BBQ and dining table) around the villa and a smaller one upstairs by the living room, so you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade. It is about 20-25km from the coast and you will experience that this area is really relaxing while the coast is always bustling.

The beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Javea are at a distance of 20 minutes drive from the villa where you can enjoy a day at the beach, have a drink on the boulevard or enjoy a meal in one of the many local or international restaurants. There is a large supermarket in Jalon (10 minutes drive) and several restaurants can be found in Alcalali (5 minutes drive) and Jalon. From the villa you can make several trips in the surroundings such as Quadalest, an old Arab fortress (about 1.5 hour drive), Benidorm (45 minutes drive), Alicante (1 hour drive) or to Valencia (1.5 hour drive).

  • Prices are per week and for the whole property. Price includes: electricity and water use, complete use of the villa and the the 1st weeks linen and towel package per person.
    A linen change can be ordered at the office on the day of arrival for the price of 15 Euros per person /week.
    Final cleaning costs: 120 Euros (one time payment, mandatory, and is paid on the day of arrival in cash)
    A damage deposit of 500 Euros needs to be paid on the day of arrival. This is only used for large damages and not for a broken plate or glass, This amount is returned to you within 1 week after the departure date.
