SIERRA COLMENAR is an old “finca” on 8000m2 of land at the border of the small village of LLosa de Camacho. The villa has 2 different parts with separate entrances. In the main villa are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 single and a bathroom. Complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and micro wave. There is a separate apartment with a bathroom and living room with 2 foldable quality double beds. The area is enclosed. It has a big garden with children’s playground and pool, which can be closed off for children. BBQ area and parking for various cars. The local baker passes the villa every day with fresh bread. It is a perfect location for a relaxed holiday and it is not too far from the beaches of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.

Llosa de Camatcho is located in the Jalon Valley which is famous for its Mistella wines, bodegas and a flea market on Saturdays in the town of Jalon. Llosa de Camatcho is a small village with 700 inhabitants and will give you the real sense of being in Spain. There is a small bar and shops. The 2 villages closest to LLosa de Camatcho are Pedreguer and Alcalali. The bigger supermarkets are found in Jalon, Pedreguer and Denia. The nearest beaches are in Denia (15km) and Javea (20km) with its beautiful boulevard with bars and national and international restaurants.

  • Prices are per week and for the whole property. Price includes: electricity and water use, complete use of the villa and the the 1st weeks linen and towel package per person.
    A linen change can be ordered at the office on the day of arrival for the price of 15 Euros per person /week.
    Final cleaning costs: 120 Euros (one time payment, mandatory, and is paid on the day of arrival in cash)
    A damage deposit of 500 Euros needs to be paid on the day of arrival. This is only used for large damages and not for a broken plate or glass, This amount is returned to you within 1 week after the departure date.
