This beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath villa has many individual features that set it apart from the norm'. Apart from the high standard of furnishings and appliances, it's superb location in Naples, panoramic south facing views from an enlarged pool and patio, etc. It has a superb master bedroom with separate his and hers bathrooms interconnected by a magnificent walk through double shower area. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three twins. There is a seperate dining room accentuating the spacious and well designed interior. Garden planting adds to the high degree of privacy on the lanai/pool area and it is only 100 yards to the facilities of the clubhouse. Just 1 mile from the interstate, 7 minutes drive to the beach and close to all Naples amenities and attractions ensures guests a wonderful vacation on the Gulf Coasts finest location.

Location: Situated on a small gated community on Immokolee Road the villa is ideal for easy access to the various attractions in South West Florida and likewise for all major airports, Orlando, Miami, The Keys, etc. Close by are many excellent restaurants, shops, etc. whilst the beach is at the end of Immokolee Road and both downtown Naples or Bonita Beach centre about 15 minutes drive. Of course there are an abundance of accessible golf courses we can recommend within 5 minutes and we also provide a full description of must see and do attractions during your carefree vacation

Within Laurel Lakes itself: Within Laurel Lakes gated community you will find only 200 homes, all being detached villas or houses. The southerly view from the rear of the villas is across a lake and captures the best of the sunshine. Extra foliage has been planted to increase privacy and the club house offers extra facilities at no cost such a large communal pool with Jacuzzi, pool table, gym, 50 inch TV, and relaxed lounge. Outside is a tennis and basketball court available again free of charge.

Naples Attractions: Naples attractions make it the premiere destination on the Gulf Coast, coupled with the finest beaches and bets all year round weather. Great shopping and bars, superb restaurants for all tastes and budgets will suit everyone. Villa is managed by our father. He lives near by and is always available to ensure guests have a carefree vacation.
