The villa is situated in a quiet part of Le Rayol-Canadel, two steps away from the forest of 'Des Maures'. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the views on the sea and the evergreen hillsides. The private heated pool (8X4) has stunning views on te hills and offers you lot's of privacy. The pool area can be closed of from the rest of the property. Four sandy beaches, situated in romantic bays, are within 7 carminutes. Nearest beach is 5 minutes away. The house is well equiped and has satellite TV, flatscreen TV, is 'rustique' furnished. On a lower part of the land you will also find a 'parcour de pétanque' and a green.

Le Rayol is situated in a by the Government designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Possibilties for endless walks in the wild Massif des Maures, that starts just here...surrounded by protected cork oak trees. Enless walks along the unspoiled coastline...that's the keyword: unspoiled! Further building developments are not allowed anymore....it will stay as it is. A ferry from Le Lavandou (10 minutes) takes you to the beautiful islands: Isle de Llevant, Isle Port Cros (=national reserve), Isle de Bageaud and Isle Porquerolles. Tropical botanic garden 'Domaine du Rayol' is a must to visit. Sandy beaches, in romantic small bayes can be found within a few minutes. Typical Provencal picturesque villages like Bormes les Mimosas, Collobrières, Gassin, Cogolin, Grimaud and Ramatuelle are wthin 20 minutes.
