Brand new for 2007/2008, this luxury apartment is part of the new MGM development of L'Arpege des Neiges, just a short walk from the centre of Ste Foy Village. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with quality appliances, Flat Screen TV, DVD player and HiFi. The open plan kitchen / dining / living room has galley kitchen with dishwasher, full-size Bosch oven / grill, radiant 4-ring hob and fridge / freezer. The large traditional pine dining table has seating for up to eight people, while the living area has comfortable seating for six, with 26' Flat Screen TV, CD and DVD players and South-facing balcony with wonderful views. There are three bedrooms, all with access to balconies - one double with ensuite showerroom, one twin / double and one with full-size bunk beds; there is also a further family bathroom (with washer/drier) and separate WC. Glorious fluffy towels are provided, together with crisp cotton bed-linen.
