Po' del Vento, only 15 km from the A1 motorway, at an altitude that goes from 450 to 650 m in 750 acres, with an enviable climate, both in winter and in summer. Nature, culture, art, relax: come to discover some of the most beautiful areas of Italy and to admire some splendid works of art from the Roman-Etruscan civilisation through to the Renaissance or bring your children to the falls . Or just enjoy Po' del Vento relaxi at the pool, do the gym-trail, mountain biking,.fish in our small lake, play ping-pong, soccer-table or bowls, not forgetting our olive oil. At night, don’t miss the spectacular sky crowded with stars. We can offer you Po' del Vento 1 for 8-9 people with it's large terrace partially covered or the two smart apt at the garden floor: Po' del vento 2 for 4-6 people shadow by trees or Po' del Vento n 3 for 4 - 5 people with a veranda

The house. First floor 8 people. The external staircase leads to a covered loggia and then to a spacious sitting room with a fireplace. The big table can accommodate all the guests of the house. A French window opens onto the terrace partially covered with a bamboo roof (60 sq m), with outdoor furniture consisting of a table, chairs,deckchairs and ammock. The kitchen is separate from the lounge. and a corridor leads to the bedrooms: 3 double rooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. the flat have his own parking place, mosquito nets at the windows, heating, house linen, TV-sat, HI-FI, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator and freezer etc. ) BBQ .few steps from the swimming pool (5x10

  • There is one large double bedroom where is possible to add a single bed. You have a choise between a feather pillow or a normal one and eider-down quilts in winter. The window looks at the panorama, hills, lakes, and yhe skyline of the villages around. Nets are placed on all windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer.The nights are cool, the temperature exscursions from day and night is about 10 degrees. At night time the temperature goes to 19- 20 degrees centigrade. during the day a smooth breeze give the pleasure to tan. The extra bed for a kid under 10 year is free of charge The children under 3 year are our guests

The advert on Holiday Rentals doesn't do this apartment justice! This is a fantastic way to spend a week or two getting away from it all in the heart of Italy. There were no signs of mass tourism despite plenty to do in the area. You could pay double for an equivalent place in Tuscany, but why bother... this is only a 15 minute drive from the Umbrian-Tuscan border! But don't only use Po' del Vento as a base to explore Tuscany... when you arrive, you will see how much Umbria has to offfer to, with a beautiful lake in the centre of it. The apartment itself is exactly as described in the advert - it's spacious inside with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The terrace is huge too and that's where the views are! Wow! I spent a good week or two looking on the Internet at perhaps 20 properties in Tuscany and Umbria and this was easily the best I found in the price range. I would happy to recommend Po' del Vento to anyone! Thanks Maria-Luisa!
