Four bedroom, two bathroom villa having seaviews and within easy walking distance of Camps Bay's beautiful beach and seafront lined with trendy cafes, bars and restaurants. The master bedroom has its own jacuzzi bath and private terrace for watching the spectacular sunsets. The property has a covered patio area with built-in barbeque, large sun terrace and private lawned garden with large pool. There is also a garage with automatic door and parking for four cars. A short walk will take you to the Little Theatre on the Bay which hosts an excellent variety of comedies, dramas and musicals all year round. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront where you can eat and shop till you drop, is only a 12 minute drive, but should you prefer to eat at home, a mini-market is just 200 metres away beside the excellent, recently refurbished Hussar Grill. It is a less than a 5 minute drive to the famous Table Mountain cable car, and the wine lands of Constantia are just 20 minutes away by car.

The beaches of Camps Bay and neighbouring Clifton are ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun (although the water is cold). It is a short drive to central Cape Town and the V & A Waterfront complex from where you can take a trip to Robben Island. Take the cable way (5 minutes from villa) to the top of Table Mountain for a spectacular view of Cape Town and the surrounding area. Groot Constantia, the grandest of the old Cape Dutch wine estates is a twenty minute drive and well worth a visit. The wine estates all have gourmet restaurants and some offer excellent picnic facilities too. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens is a major tourist attraction as is Cape Point where the two oceans meet, and both are easily accessible. The open-topped bus which gives guided tours of Cape Town and can be boarded in Camps Bay, is a good way of getting to know the area. For more shopping and fine dining, Canal Walk at Century City is a 15 minute drive north from Cape Town on the N1.
