The Yachtsman condominiums are located on Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound in a perfect spot for a wonderful late spring, summertime or early fall vacation or holiday. Our condominium is a multi-level townhouse, which has been completely updated throughout. It features a kitchen with granite counters, a sunken living room, three large bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath. The beach is ideal for young children and the private swimming pool has a lifeguard. The condominium is within easy walking of downtown Hyannis, the Hyannis public docks, the state run ferry to Nantucket, the Hy-line ferry to Martha's Vineyard and HyannisPort with Sunset Hill. This is an absolutely wonderful area for a vacation. The Yachtsman, with its private beach and pool and its closeness to downtown Hyannis, is a great place to vacation. Cape Cod is great in July and August, but don't forget June and September. September's weather is the best of the year. Additional photos upon request!

The Yachtsman condominiums are located on Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound. Hyannis is located about 75 miles southeast of Boston, MA USA. Hyannis is easily accessible by either car or airplane. The drive from Boston's Logan International Airport to our condominium averages about 1.5 hours. If you choose to fly, then Cape Air offers direct flights from Logan. Hyannis is located in the area of Cape Cod referred to as mid-Cape, which makes it an ideal spot for day trips to other areas of Cape Cod and Boston and Providence. This is an absolutely wonderful area for a holiday or vacation.
