This bright, daylight filled, 4th floor apartment is located in Rua Garrett, one of the most important streets of historic Lisbon. Accommodation comprises one bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with dining and sitting areas, one full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchenette. The total apartment area is 60 sqm. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating in all the rooms. This privileged location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station – 50 m). We will welcome you with a nice bottle of wine, coffee and tea ready for you and some biscuits.

Apartment located at the heart of historical Lisbon, in Rua Garrett, at the Chiado area, near Bairro Alto. A few minutes walk takes you to the Rossio, in the Baixa, and to the Elevador da Lavra. On the other direction you will reach the Praça do Comércio, where has located the centre of the Portuguese old empire near the river Tejo (Tagus). To go to Sintra or to Óbidos you must catch the train at Entre-Campos train station, which is just a short subway trip from Chiado. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, cash machine, public transportation (subway and electric trams) and 24 hour taxi stands, etc.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates above are for groups up to 2 persons. Price increases 5 euros for each additional person (applicable to children older then 8 years old). When staying longer than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when longer than a month. Credit cards accepted.
  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 70% required to be paid on arrival with the delivery of the keys. Check in after 2:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day.

    Possibility of underground parking with an extra cost of 15 euros per night.
  • Extra housekeeping can be arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

From booking to leaving everything has been excellent.
Excellent quality and completeness of the furnishment.
Quiet when windows are closed.
Perfect location to dive into Lisbone's Center and people.
The whole familly has been delighted.

Nice Stay In October

We stayed here during fall break in October and had wonderful days. Why? We were welcomed by the caretaker. He explained everything and made sure that we could have an Internet access.The aparment is modern, very clean and well-located. Although the apartment is in the center of Lisbon, the nights are quiet because of good windows and blinds. Thank you for all!
Public traffic, shops, supermarkets (even for organic food) and sights are nearby. People with coeliac disease do not have to bring their own bread. You can have some in the supermarket!!!
Our Portguese friends were surprised to see/hear that their is such a nice apartment in the city of Lisbon for that good price!
We would like to recommend this place for people who like sightseeing, night-life and shopping. Because of our short stay, we could not see every thing :-( It seems to us that we have to come again ;-) It would be a pleasure for us!

Our first visit to Lisbon

We were greeted with a wonderful friendly welcome from Vanesa. The place was spotless and very well stocked with everything we needed. As we were so busy discovering Lisboa and Sintra we had very little time to spend in the actual apartment but coming back to AC on those 36 C days was great. We will definitely return as 3 days just wet our appetite. We have already recommended the accommodation to our friends and family. The price was fair and no problems were had. MALCA and OSCAR

Lovely Stay in Lisbon

Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Spotlessly clean, contemporary and centrally located with everything you need for exploring the city right at your fingertips.

Dealt with the owner direct to make the booking and then on arrival with the management company who were wonderful especially Felipe who met us outside the apartment, showed us around and gave us lots of advice and tips for sightseeing/transport etc - he was so genuine and obviously very proud of Lisbon and seemed to want us to get as much out of our visit as possible. The welcome bottle of wine was also a lovely touch.

Without a doubt, if I find myself in Lisbon again, I would not hesitate in booking this accommodation or recommending anyone else to.
