Our extremely spacious apartment in the centre of Paphos town is only a stroll from bars and restaurants, nightlife, Old Town, markets, Tombs of the Kings, ancient mosaics, lighthouse beach and harbour. Yet it enjoys the seclusion of an exclusive gated retreat centered on its own piazza with lawns, shrubs, fountains, ornamental pools, columns, cupolas and arches in warm muted colours - a uniquely relaxing refuge perfect for anyone seeking an independent holiday. Accommodation includes master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a second bathroom, additional WC and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, all tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. One of the 3 settees in the 48ft long living area is a sofa bed if needed. Private underground parking. The apartment has a shared swimming pool.

Notes: This is a first-floor apartment served by a lift. The allocated parking space in the basement is conveniently close to the bottom of the lift. The 3 balconies are all a spacious 18 x 8ft, each with a different outlook. The patio furniture includes tables. as well as chairs and sun loungers. Air conditioning units convert to warm air heating if needed in winter. Fitness rooms have gym equipment, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, changing rooms and showers.* There is a modest charge (Euro 5.15 spring 2008), with discount for a week or month ticket. Ski-ing and Golf: 6400ft Mount Olympus for WINTER SKI-ING is about an hour’s drive away. Beautiful, central apartment

Beautiful apartment with balconies from each room. Plenty space for everyone and the en-suite a plus in the master bedroom. Tastefully decorated. Poolside was quiet which was good but the cafe wasn't open.About a 15/20 minute walk down to the harbour with restaurants en route. 15 minute walk in the other direction to Fat Mama's Diner which was a great hit with all of the family.There's a lovely bakers across the road from the apartment which was handy for lunchtime. The apartment is well situated to tour the area so recommend car hire and the roads were fairly quiet.
Weather was mixed but beginning to hot up for our last few days. Would recommend the apartment and Paphos and hope to return.

The apartment had everything that we expected and much more! Loads of space and excellent facilities. It is in a great location within easy reach of both the old town and harbour. It also had a good range of shops and restaurants on its doorstep.

There is lots of local information that has been collected by previous guests that really helped us get the most out of our stay.

We wouldn't think twice about recommending this apartment for your holiday in Paphos.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equiped. It was extremely spacious and very comfortable with furnishings of high quality. Our first experience of Cyprus was wonderful and we can't wait to book the apartment for next year.

We stayed in this apartment in April 2009. The apartment is great. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is provided for. The complex has a great swimming pool and lovely gardens. The location is great. It is a fairly easy walk to the harbour, and it is just off the Tomb of The Kings Road where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend the apartment to anybody going to Paphos.

A fabulous apartment, fantastic gardens well maintained with a great swimming pool.Decorated to the highest standard with all mod-cons.
It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the harbour in Paphos with a great choice of bars and restaurants, Theos was our favourite.
Mum is disabled and uses wheelchair, the apartment was very suitable for disable visitors, as was the surrounding area.
Information recieved from owners was detailed and accurate with regular correspondance, advice and help with taxis from airport etc arranged without any hassle.
overall a great holiday which was arranged for a family wedding made that much more enjoyable by staying in such a fantastic apartment.
Would recommend without hesitation..... once again many thanks Mike and Jane .
