Experience quintessential Parisian chic in this light, newly refurbished two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Set in the bustling Bohemian quarter of Montmartre, it offers a stylish, relaxing and quiet haven moments away from the boutiques, cafés and restaurants of Montmartre, the Sacré Coeur and the Place du Tertre. The 55m2 first floor flat is elegantly decorated and furnished to sleep 5 people comfortably and overlooks a recently renovated central courtyard. There is parquet flooring throughout and it is well equipped with two bath/shower rooms each with its own wc, an open plan kitchen including a dishwasher and a utility area with washing machine. The sitting room features a period fireplace and 2 tall french windows, 2 sofas, one converts into a sofa bed for a single person. A TV/DVD unit with cable television, stereo system, telephone and wireless internet access throughout the flat. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and the second bedroom 2 single beds.

The location of the flat is authentically Parisian, with the boutiques and cafes of the celebrated rue Lepic and the Abesses area at the end of the road. A short walk from Abbesses finds you at the Sacre Coeur or the Place du Tertre where the street artists of Montmartre have plied their trade for centuries; many of the paintings in the flat have in fact been bought in this very square! For those seamstresses amongst you, walk slightly further and you arrive in the wonderful fabric markets - where the material for all of the flat’s curtains was sourced! The transport infrastructure is excellent, with all Metro lines a walking distance away from the flat, enabling you to visit all of the attractions of Paris within 15-30 minutes of leaving the front door. Closest metros are Pigalle or Abbesses.
