Seashells is in an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday or a spring or autumn break close to beach in a very quiet and peaceful area yet within walking distance of many restaurants and facilities There is a local restriction on building in Portiragnes Plage which means it has kept its charm and natural beauty, but still provides the essential amenities of a beach side village. There is a large market on Wednesday mornings, well worth a visit. .

Notes: The villa is well furnished and in a quiet private corner of the small residence Les Sables consisting of 15 villas that form part of the larger beach resort of Portiragnes Plage ,It has a designated parking space behind a security barrier.It faces south west so gets full advantage of the sun but has also got mature trees for the shade .The beach ,250 metres away through the dunes,is a blue flag beach 5km long.

Portiragnes plage is a very unspoilt beach resort with all the facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. There are many activities available especially on the beach with all water sports and especially safe with life guards posted all along the length of the sea front. The dunes are protected here so the access to the beach is through the dunes .This gives the beach front a very natural feel. There is a very good water park at Adge about 20 mins away.

The canal du midi is only 5 mins away a great place for riding bikes hire locally or bring your own.The electric boat hire is also great fun on the Canal. Ponies can be hired from the 2 ranches within 5 mins easy reachThere is also a great swimming pool about 10 mins away just by the canal du midi at Port Cassafrieres at the Les Mimosa camp site for a small fee you can enjoy the wave machine and many water slides.

We really enjoyed a stay in this lovely little home. Fully equipped with everything you could need and yet intimate and comfortable at the same time. A lovely location within a conservation area which added to the authentic experience. We will definitely book again for another visit.

A lovely little villa in a quiet little spot, fully equipped even had english telvision! Very close to the stunning beach, fabulous shops and Bars.

Could do with Air conditioning and ceiling fans as weather was boiling!Other than that I would strongly recommned this a small family.
