Situated in a quiet area of Puerto Pollensa , Apartment Hannah has proved extremely popular, with many guests rebooking. It is a high quality apartment in a contemporary style yet is set in a peaceful location a minutes stroll to the main sandy beach. Restaurants are close at hand. Every effort has been taken to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. Soft furnishings and bedding are from El Corte Inglese (the Spanish Debenhams), John Lewis and Next Interiors. The lounge/ dining room leads on to a south facing balcony with view of the pool (with children's section). The balcony has 2 cafe tables and chairs for 6. To the rear of the building the view is of a villa (with lemon trees!). and of mountains in the distance. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, fan oven, washing machine microwave, ice bucket. toaster, iron and cafetiere. There is a safe and two hair-dryers are provided. With little ones in mind, we have a toy box, travel cot and high chair.

About 45 minutes drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. This lovely resort retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the sky line, just a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the centre of the resort. For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers. The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit. For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see!

  • There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people, all with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 is attractively furnished and has a double bed, dressing table with mirror, a chair and 2 bedside tables. There is a contemporary ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom. The view from the window is of a pretty garden with the mountains in the distance. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds , a side table, a chair and additional chest of drawers within the wardrobe area. The bedroom opens on to the balcony with pool view. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a large dressing table and side table and chair. There is a travel cot provided in this room. From the window you can usually see lemons on the trees.

Notes: The apartment is one of nine apartments situated around an attractive pool and garden. The apartment is on the first floor. Heating of the apartment is not by gas radiators but by our air conditioning/heating - cooling system. We also have plug-in radiators, if required.

What if I have probems during my holiday?: We use an English speaking Property Management company who look after the apartment, carry out the cleaning and help with any problems you might encounter during your stay.

Anything for children/babies?: Yes, we have had little ones ourselves and although they are now almost grown up we can remember what it was like to keep young children amused. We provide a small toy box, lots of books for all ages, children's videos (suitable for toddlers through to teens), a travel cot and high chair (at no extra cost). We leave a night light in the drawer. There should be plenty of plastic cups, plates, bowls etc too. Please note, the apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people (including babies)

Anything for adults? Would teenagers like it?: Yes, a stereo system/radio, a bookcase full of books, a TV with Sky plus videos and lots of board games/dominoes/cards etc. Our teenagers love Puerto Pollensa. It feels very safe to walk around and there are night clubs in the centre (although Puerto Pollensa is definitely not a Club 18 to 30 type of a place.) Even our 20 year old stillwants to come on holiday with us to P Pollensa!

Schöne, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in gepflegtem Haus. Gute Wohnlage in Strandnähe. Beste Betreuung und netter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Auto von Vorteil, Bushaltestelle ist jedoch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

A fantastic apartment

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at this apartment, the description and pictures are perfect. The apartment was modern,spacious and we found it extremely clean. The bedrooms were decorated in delightful colours and the furniture was very comfortable, we were impressed that the dining table was the same as we have at home - from Ikea!I want to buy the same chairs to match now!! It had absolutely everything we needed, and more!! we even found a box marked " things you may have forgotten" which had some essential items in just in case! The location of this apartment was also perfect just a very short stroll to the beach and only about a 20 minute leisurely stroll to the main square where there are many good restaurants. We especially liked Simbad's as they were the cheapest for the "menu of the day". We had a more expensive meal at Los Zarzales, as it was our wedding anniversary and this was delightful as we dined in a terrace of lemon trees! The pool at the apartment was loved my our two teenagers and ourselves, it was a good size and although it's a communal pool it was suitable for all the guests staying in the block and everyone there was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for stress free holiday as it has all you need and everything is close by. We are really hoping to return next year as we loved the apartment and Pollensa very much.

Apartment Hannah - Peuto Pollensa

The description of the property was spot on. Apartment was lovely and clean on arrival, and the welcome pack had all essentials for getting started. Only a 10-15 minute stroll, or two minute bus ride, along the promenade to the centre of town where you have everthing you need. This is a very relaxed family resort with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters.

The apartment is situated in a very quite, mainly residential, area. There is a lovely clean pool at the apartments which we had to ourselves.

Would definately recommend this apartment to our friends and family and would jump at the chance to return.

'My Perfect Place'

I have been to Puerto Pollensa 11 times over the past 23 years & have stayed at Apartment Hannah for my last 6 visits. You can keep your hotels!
The apartment is in such a perfect position for the beach, without the noise of the traffic & other people. The swimming pool & lawn area is kept immaculately clean & the apartment is better than most hotel rooms.
A 10 minute stroll & you are in the heart of Puerto Pollensa wher there are some fantastic restaurants & shops. Do not miss the sand sculptures on the beach. They are fantastic. The owner, Maggie, has upgraded the facilities in the apartment over the years & it always looks fresh & new.

This year I am taking my partner, her daughter & baby, her other daughter & boyfriend & a close friend.

Apartment Hannah - Puerto Pollensa

An excellent, well equipped & comfortable apartment in the Llenaire area of Puerto Pollensa. Maggie, the owner provided useful information both prior to our holiday and in the apartment. The best features are the proximity to the fantastic beach (about 2 mins), the (usually) quiet location and the equipment/amenities provided in the apartment. The only personal reservation I have is the very small balcony and the balcony/garden being out of the evening sunshine. Also, on a temporary note for 2008, the building works next door (especially the tilecutter from 9.00 to 5.30, 6 days a week) were a little trying but unavoidable. The reservations are minor, there is so much more to be positive about this apartment. Away from the apartment we really liked Alcudia old town and it's market & restaurants. I would recommend Puerto Pollensa to anyone for a holiday, particularly those with young children.
Owner's Response: It was very nice to hear our apartment reviewed as"an excellent well equiped and comfortable apartment".

It transpires that the building work on the 7 apartments across the way (started in 2006) was 'finishing off' work.' We have contacted our last returning guests (June 08) and they have confirmed that the swimming pool in the new block is now full and the work completed.

Just to clarify, the balcony exceeds 18 feet in length and holds 2 cafe tables, 6 chairs, various plant pots and a clothes airer.

A positive for us when deciding to buy Apartment Hannah was its southerly aspect. The balcony and garden are completely south facing and as a result in the summer have the sun on them for the vast majority of the day.

We also love Puerto Pollensa and are very happy that our guests enjoyed it too.
