This apartments is located at the Prinzregenten square in Bogenhausen, Munich. Some of the atractions in the area are the Prinzregententheater, the fine arts museums Villa Stuck and the Haus der Kunst. The Deutsches Museum is not far away. The Isar river and the Englischer Garten with it's delightful walking ways are only in 15 min walking distance. The museums bus line will take you to the most importante museums of Munich (Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek, Pinakothek der Moderne, Glyptothek and Lenbachhaus). For a sunny smmingpool bath in summer or an ice skating in winter visit the Prinzregentenstadion, 100 meters away. Famous bavarian restaurants like the Hofbräukeller or even the Hofbräuhaus are reached within a few minutes. The Marienplatz with it's historical and shopping area are reached in 10 min with the subway. The Olimpic Center (Olimpiazentrum, Olimpiahalle) or the BMW Museum, are reached in less than 20 min. The Bayer Munich Stadium - Allianz Arena is reached in 30 min.

A great stay in Munich!!

What a wonderful apartment!!

Alex was there to greet us and gave us a guided tour of the apartment which was modern, clean and ready for us to arrive and enjoy. He also provided us with good information about nearby facilities - his map was very useful particularly to find our way to the shop just around the corner via the platz!!

The apartment is very convenient to transport - buses and the U-Bahn are just a few steps from the front door. There were also a selection of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Munich is such a beautiful city and our stay here was made all the better by coming back each evening to this home away from home.

Great time in Munich!

We had a wonderful time in Munich, and the apartment was just right for our needs. We unloaded the car right outside the apartment, then found free parking nearby in a matter of minutes. Alex showed us all the amenities and answered all our many questions about the area. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was a bit small, with an oddly-placed sink, but other than that, everything was fine. I really appreciated the fact that the apartment was on the bottom floor -- we have small children and we didn't have to worry about the sound of "elephant feet" bothering tenants below us.

The subway was extremely convenient; only 1/2 block away. We found several nice restaurants (I recommend the Indian restaurant across the street from the subway entrance) and grocery/convenience stores.

I heartily recommend this apartment!

Great Stay and a Great Value!

We had a good time at the D'Alex Miami. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The owner is very responsive to any questions and met us on-time/early for check-in and check-out. It felt full with 4 people, but not crowded. The location is great. It's in a residential area with stores and restaurants. The u-bahn stop just outside the apartment door made all the sights just minutes away (and easy to find your way home after a few liters). It also met my wife's high cleanliness standards. We can't wait to return to Munich. Prost!
Owner's Response: Nathan and his group were very friendly and responsable. They respected all the house rules and left the apartment in a very good state. I am very glad to have haved them as guests.

Great little spot in Munich

The Alex apartment was brilliant value for money, particularly as we were there during the Oktoberfest. The welcome was very friendly, the apartment was really clean and well equipped and in a fantastic location for the centre of Munich. Highly recommended.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen beide Wohnungen gemietet, die sich gut ergänzen. Sehr zentral (U-Bahn, Bus und Supermarkt um die Ecke) und dennoch total ruhig gelegen, selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man keinen Verkehrslärm. Manko in der Wohnung Miami ist der sehr kleine Kühlschrank, dafür ist die Küchenzeile in Havana sehr gut ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Sitzecke in Miami haben wir gerne für's gemeinsame Essen genutzt. Fazit: Für 4 Personen würden wir beide Wohnungen empfehlen. Wer Wert auf entspanntes Sitzen legt, ist in der Miami-Wohnung gut aufgehoben und wenn jemand gerne kocht, ist die Havana-Wohnung empfehlenswert. Wir waren jedenfalls rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne beim nächsten München-Besuch wieder.
