This romantic three-bedroom, two-bath cottage offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands and is located two minutes from one of the classic beaches in the Santa Barbara area. Summerland, on the edge of Santa Barbara and Montecito, has a delightful village atmosphere with unique shops, a local winery, several restaurants and coffee shops. Paradise Cottage is located in Summerland, a quiet residential village on the outskirts of Santa Barbara. The cottage is 1/4 mile from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, several antique shops and numerous upscale boutiques.
