This truly luxurious seaside maisonette apartment facing the sea is set in a small private complex with a large pool and landscaped grounds. The ground floor comprises of 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. The upper floor is of open plan design with ample space to relax, dine and cook. The living area opens onto a generous terrace balcony for al fresco dining. The pool and sun terrace is just a few metres from the apartment. Facilities include full cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, large LCD TV and video player. Ample secure parking within the complex. The apartment will be cleaned and have linen/ towels changed twice a week. Smoking is permitted outside on the balconies.

Ancient Minoan sites, gorges, mountains, unspoilt rugged coast with small coves and beaches makes this a great base to relax in and tour from anytime of year.

In the summer of August 2008 we booked a stay in this luxurious apartment. We had a great time there. The brand new apartment was well maintained and clean. Also it had a beautiful seaside, which we enjoyed a lot when we were sitting on the balcony at night. Everything what the description said was included. We had contact with the owner, who was very helpfull. We would recommend this apartment.
